yea!I agree,tis morning my mom just tease me again for loving pokemon and i am not that old,i am just 17...when i told that pokemon can be for ppl up to 60's,she says i am making up my own story...so sad...but nvm,i stil love pokemon!!!!!!!

I qiut Pokemon in 6th grade becouse I got made fun of, and I realised it was kinda pointless and a waste of money. I have no problem with playing the game though as it is a very well desighned game and fairly enjoyable.

XD They didn't even give it a second thought, so either I have super awesome friends, or most people just don't care whether I like Pokemon - they like me for who I am. ^_____^

No one can be too old to play a game. If you love it then you love it no matter what your age is. In elementry school I got picked on more for playing pokemon than I am now in Junior High, ironic isn't it? If a game is good, then it's good who cares what it's about.

To me there is no such thing as being too old for pokemon. If you grow out of the game or show, fine, but you can still like pokemon as a consept. You know, You will always have your favorite pokemon even if you don't like to watch the show or play the game. As long as you don't totally leave behind your fandom of pokemon, if you continue to think of your favorite pokemon and still smile when you see it then you are still a pokefan, and therefore are not too old for it.

Hmm, well, to set things straight, I see there is no age limit to anything, I mean, somethings in society are set at an age limit for a reason, but why set one for something you truly like? The dubbed portion of the series is more put towards people of the lower age but the Anime (Raw) is very nice and seems to be more fashioned towards the older fans. If you have the problem of people saying "negative" words/phrases against you and they are your "friends", then if I were you I would re-evaluate, because liking someone just for their interests is pretty pathetic related from their self character. So in essence, there is no age limit to what you like/do, you decide the age limit... as of, boundaries are limitless... (peer pressure)... lol

I stopped watching the anime during the Johto season. Yeah...just didn't like it. I stopped buying the games after Crystal and Viz stopped publishing the manga. So... you couldn't really consider me as a Pokemon fan. Specifically, you see me as a Pokemon Manga fan... =P

I believe age is a state of mind... and although everybody in my family thinks I'm too old for pokemon cause I'm 12 (0_o), I'm still six in my own lil world when pokemon first came out ^^.
