I think he asks that because he doesn't have a toddler partner. And the topic is partner-related.
 
Oh, every member here has the right to answer all topics and side topics...and once you stay active you'll be ranked up and finally get to choose your partner.

Also, please do not complain that you are not in the School Kids section and do not ask to be in it, it will only lower your chances. If myself, Goodies, or Marxvile see that you are keeping active and following the rules, you'll be ranked up. Thank you xD


EDIT: With all toddler related topic questions, you can simply answer it as if you had your toddler...and by keeping up your activity a day will come when you get to finally pick it up at the DayCare XD
 
Hmm... Wave ranked up. Activeness and good member from previous TP. I was meant to do this last night but forgot xD. And a warning for Pokerus for commenting about not being ranked up. And of course moaning about it xD
