Which toddler do you think was the first to be created [if they were all around at the same time]?
Technically Togepi, Magby, Elekid and Smoochum were created first :P As they were the first Pokémon to be classed toddlers

What abut Igglybuff and Cleffa? Do they not get the chance to be "created" first?
 
Mm, for the topic... I'd say the following:

Smoochum
Pichu
Magby
Elekid
Cleffa
Igglybuff
Mime Jr.
Happiny
Munchlax
Tyrogue

Now, why all these? Because, they're all the pre-evolved forms of 1st generation Pokemon. Chingling is the pre-evolved form of a third generation one, and Azurill, Mantyke and Bonsly (not to mention Tyrogue, technically speaking) are the pre-evolved forms of second generation Pokemon. Togepi is the pre-evolved form of Togetic, but as you cannot find wild Togetic in any Pokemon game (though you can snag a Shadow one in Colosseum), I don't consider it pre-evolved.

By the way, got the Notch-Ear Pichu sprite done. All I need now is for someone to turn the background transparent (though it doesn't really matter, if you ask me...).

Simply Eevee, seeing how it can evolve into 7 different Pokemon, who are all different types. Kind of resembles Arceus, who can change types eh?

In the anime, Togepi was the first pre-evolution, but the introduction of the 'baby Pokémons' was in Johto.

So, any pre-evolution Pokémon that was first appeared in that region was technically 'the first ones'.​

Wave, I totally see your point, as that was basically my same responce to the new topic too. Eevee has so many different evolutions and typings after, its just got to be the first to be made...or so in theory xD

I 100% concur with that. Eevee is the pokemon that so far, is the parent of many powerful pokemon. With proper training it will grow into either of the 7(so far).

Are we talking game wise, as in the first to be designed, or think of it as if Pokemon was real? :\ Anyway, I'd say either Porygon or Eevee. :D Oh, and I haven't visited in ages! (No thanks to my internet connection. |:<)

I'm basically going to have the same team as my original Crystal, so Poliwag it is. :P Or Eevee. Can I have both? XD

- I would want to catch ... hmm, this is a hard choice seeing as Johto has a lot of toddlers to choose from.

Marxvile, if you were thinking Gold and Silver DS remake then you are correct, except, I don't think Turtwig will be catchable xD

Cyndaquil and Phanpy.And Mareep!(Not in the list i know) and Hoppip too(Did i just said 4 pokemon atleast you dont know the other 2 xD)

Assuming it will be like the originals, you'll have to go to Ecruteak, talk to Bill in the PC, go back to Goldenrod City, visit him in his house and he'll give you a Eevee at about level 20 (I think...:\ It could be 15) Hope I helped! :D I want a Eevee to. ;)

Oh yeah and Eevee too.Espeon is one of my Favourite pokemon.(xD I just said 5 pokemon,oh well i'll say the sixth and its Hoothoot or maybe Pidgy or Tailow if avaible)
