Topic Answer : Rocker is from Japan , his father taught him how to play with the guitar and to fight . hes good at Japanese Rock more than hes at English Rock :P

New Zealand. It's the cleanest country in the whole world. That's why he's born very healthy(not to mention fat).

No, I'm afraid not quite yet. No one who has a warning can get a promotion until their warning has been deemed long enough to go. The two people who would get promoted, pokerus and Rigel, both have warnings. Chaos, please do not do the job of mine, Marx and f l a s h, thanks.
