Question: Top Friends?

I'm not too fond of the idea myself, I don't really see a point in it - then again, I'm not really one for friends lists. I'll usually add people who request, but I hardly request myself...

Hey I was wondering, could we maybe, if possible, instead of having just 4 random friends on our profile, can we choose our top 4? Only if this is a vBulletin option that is.

That would be cool, but 3 things:

1. Don't you mean 6 random friends?
2. I agree with what Zet said. If you pick your 6 top friends, and your other friends don't make, it will result in an argument. :\
There for, we should just accept the fact that or profile picks random friends to show.

In my personal opinion, if someone is willing to start an argument with you over the fact that they're not in your top friends list, that person has already reached the point where they're insecure over the fact whether you're really friends or not; therefore, would not be in your top 6 anyway.

I like this idea, even though I usually hate adding people who aren't my actual friends. I tend to only accept people I know, so I don't really need this, but I still like it.

Anyway I don't really like the idea … although it is a good idea. I agree it will cause people to go "add me as your top". Then again you really chose a good friend when someone complains about a minuscule detail. Immaturity is awesome.
