just a bit of info rotom comes out of the appliances wen he goes in wifi so e can only be traded regular and gracieda flower is a key item and therefor cannot be held anyway this looks like a cool shop and you can guarantee ill be back for some trades ^^

i'm not sure, but i assumed it had something to do with having a hardy staryu with the illuminate ability.

Ok, Tori. I can get that moveset for that Lickilicky. Unfortunately, I'm not entirely sure what EVs you'd want on it. I can't make it a Lickilicky without putting some sort of EVs on it. But if I put the moveset on the Lickitung then trade it, you won't be able to evolve it without eliminating one of the moves. So how about this:

I'll trade you the Lickitung with 3 of the moves you want on it. The 4th move will come in the form of a TM I have attached to it. Then, you'll be able to put the EVs on it the way YOU want, and you'll be able to evolve it and then use the TM to teach the last move. Personally, when it comes to EVs, I find you can tailor it more to your needs when you do it yourself.

But, if you really want it to be a Lickilciky during the trade, you could just give EV values for me to use instead.

Bit of a dillema. I'll leave the choice to you.
