I really need to get my Deoxys! I'm getting my 3DS XL fixed this week so hopefully I can get it soon. I don't want to change my FC or anything, so I won't use my friend's 3DS to get it.

Well for some reason it just won't load (It being mibbit) but other servers seem to work just fine. I would like to come back :/

Is it possible to like, trade with the internet from a gba rom?

If I recall correctly, it is possible with No$gba and Hamachi. However I have no idea how to do it and we do not trade in Gen III games here anyhow.
