Guess what, It's me again, with another RNG problem.
Yeah, yeah, yeah. Okay. While, here it is.
I hit, my target time, catch the pokemon,
find it's nature, gender, Eslot on the table.
I then figure out how many chatters i have to do.
(4 in my case) so I hit my target time again,
do my chatters, and sweet scent. But nothing.
just a random, nonshiny pokemon.

If it matters,
Seed 841E4C0D06A38F4D, time 04:10:12,
Keypress A-Right-Y, I'm definately going with this seed,
as it has a shiny frame of 51. I know I'm hitting my seed,
cause I always (the first time)
get a male lv. 26 jolly litwick.

Any Help?
(and I don't want to bug you guys, just tell me if I am.)

First please try to post in paragraph format XD And you said that lvl 26 jolly litwick is on the chart? Are its IVs what you want?

The IVs are usually not what I want, Metalkid calc
usually said 15-20 everything but speed which was 30.
I think i got what I wanted once.

If the IVs aren't what you want, then you are not hitting your seed. Are you using IVFrame 1 or higher?

47 is your initial frame? :10:
If yes, you may try to do more or less chatters.

Have you been doing 4 chatters? And you're capturing, right? If so, the IVs should always be the same for each poke you catch.

I have a quick question about RNGing: How do I rng fossils? Are the IVs determined when I give the fossil or get it back? Also, what IV frame does it start on?
