Maybe Crackle will be able to take that message off of his signature this week. ;D
 
Shiny Eevee. <3 I have one, but not sure if I should evolve it or not. Even if I do, it'd be tough to choose an Eeveelution. Definitely won't be picking Sylveon or Espeon, though, since I already have them. Maybe Vaporeon? It's got bold nature, which is suitable for a Pokémon like this.

Yes yes yes Vaporeon. Its the best evolution of eevee.

Yeah I guess Vaporeon would be best for Bold, although I like the blue on shiny Umbreon. But that's your call of course. =)

Umbreon is one hell of a wall. And shiny Umbreon's blue rings are pretty! It is, along with Sylveon, the prettiest shiny eeveelution.
 
Bold Nature is best suited for Vaporeon. I like Bold Sylveon as well you already have one. I would have to say while Umbreon is cool looking Shiny it is pretty useless. Umbreon and Flareon seem to be the hardest to ever fit on a team, even a full Eeveelution team. The bad thing for Umbreon is Flareon fits better due to having great synergy with Leafeon.

Leafeon is a physical attacker, the best Eevee has to offer and is weak to Fire type moves. Flareon can take the Will O Wisps and Fire moves aimed at Leafeon. Sadly Umbreon has almost no place outside of an in game team.

I have to disagree. Umbreon can be used very well in stall teams or as a support mon.

A set consisting of:

Umbreon @ Leftovers
Calm/Bold Nature
252HP/4Def/252 SpDef or 252HP/252Def/4SpDef
-Wish
-Foul Play
-Toxic/Heal Bell
-Protect

Is viable. I've used it successfully. More so, I'd say Umbreon is harder to use in game than in the competitive metagame.
 
It's not the point that Umbreon is a terrible Pokémon by itself, it is just outclassed by other Pokémon to do the same job.

Wish support is provided by Pokémon with higher HP stats, other Eeveelutions can do this better. Foul Play can be used by tons of other Dark types to the same result as it doesn't go off your own stats. Toxic/Protect is universal.
 
EV said something about her shiny values and an Eevee she hatched. If that is true, guess it's time for me to remove that from my sig. Lul.

Oh wow I've never thought of that, does the whole Leafeon and Flareon thing work in doubles 5th gen? I'd love to play around with it.
 
Umbreon could be used competitively, but in my opinion, it's good only for Baton Pass teams. Nothing else aside from that. d: Not sure if I would ever use Flareon, though, even in-game. Its health, Defense, and Speed are extremely low, making it easy to take down and whatnot.

Unless you're resigned to getting creamed, don't do it. Only Vaporeon, Jolteon, and Espeon have any use in doubles gen 5. Barely. In gen 6, Sylveon's the most useful out of all of them (for now anyway, chances are the meta will change).
