In the Generation II games and their remakes, there's a place in Viridian City known as the Trainer House. You will only find Ace/Pokemon Trainer Cal there at first when you enter this house. If you synch Pokewalker data with other Trainers in Generation IV, or Mystery Gift in Generation II, however, you will get to battle other trainers through that method. You can only battle once a day, and if you beat him, you will get 1 battle point in HG/SS or 5000 pokedollars in G/S/C.

Did you battle in the Trainer House? I did a few times. It's worth it for the bp, I suppose. Never utilized the sync feature, though.

Yes i did actually. And he had the final evos of the johto starters. It was cool and a nice place to train after having beaten the elite 4. I dont remember the levels of his team but i vaguely remember that he was kinda hard.

Now i want to ask something :p
Im new not only to the pokeforum but any kind of forum in general. I tried to upload a thread today but it still hasnt been aproved by a moderator. Is something wrong?

I remember the Trainer House VERY well, because I suffered from one of Trainer House glitches as a child!

I don't remember how I caused it, it honestly escapes me. I had been playing the game a lot by that point. It might have been... Silver Version, but I also had Gold as well. So i'm not sure specifically.
What I do remember is 2 Kangaskhans. One level 50 and one really high level...maybe... 82? I think.

The high leveled Kangaskhan would come out with 1/4 health and poisoned, it was really strange haha.

EDIT: also I remember one of the Kangaskhan names being like ?????

I liked the Trainer House in G/S/C, but not so much in HG/SS since it was changed so that we only gained 1 BP for defeating the trainers there. Overall, I wish that adding more trainers there wasn't such a hassle in the Gen II games.
