Boudicca smiled. "Don't let them get you down. My parents disowned me when I took on Pandora and Caesar...but those two need me more than I needed my parents." she gave a hesitant smile. "I still regret it... but these two, I couldn't be without them."

OOC: Oh dear, buh-bye, then. ;.; *needs inspiration*
 
"I suppose they are." Kindle replied to Boudicca's comment, watching as Pandora patted the Absol on the forehead. The Torchic frowned slightly as the Cyndaquil and the Cleffa started out an argument, however, and shook her head. I'm never going to have eggs... she thought for herself, remaining silent and listening to Boudicca's and Twilight's conversation as she didn't feel like adding anything. The Torchic's own family had been massacred while she was still a hatchling, and her only real experience of family was of the old Magmar, Reina, and of course...Kuro. The insufferably curious little Meowth whom she couldn't help caring for. Regardless, she didn't feel like she could add to the conversation and kept silent. Kuro did much the same, not having any memories of a family whatsoever. Well, except for Kindle of course. He smiled fondly at his grouchy saviour. The Torchic might refuse to admit it, but Kuro knew that there was a nice person somewhere within that emotional shell of hers, and he was determined to pull that person out.
 
Boudicca remained silent, now slightly at loss for what to say. She had honestly never seen such a variety of pokemon all in one place, and she was quite impressed. She knew there were many tribes and clans of various species around the world, but some, like torchic and cyndaquils, lived on opposite sides of the world.

Pandora shivered. She was beginning to get bored by this meeting. She waddled off, whistling happily under her breath.

Caesar, meanwhile, was still glaring at everything.

Na-Na bounced happily around Snail, grinning, and forgetting all about the mess his fur was in. Being someone's Hero of the Day was quite a joy for him, but... Okay, maybe he was just a little bit hyper.

By this time, Puurii had realized what went on down the bank. She frowned, knowing she might have been able to help him, but didn't. The Absol, Boudicca, that greeted she and Kindle, was quite another thing to worry about. All these Pok?mon popping up in such odd-ball places... And rare breeds, too. She herself had never seen a Cleffa, much less an Absol... And there was only more strangeness adding on with the fact that some of them had such odd colors...

"Excuse my rudeness," Puu spoke up, addressing Boudicca. "But... If I may ask, have you any knowledge of what's going on here? Surely I can't be the only one wondering why we've all ran into each other like this."
 
OOC: Oh! Who's good! I predicted that you would say +shot+!!! XD

Snail merely watched as Na-na hopped around, observing his behaviour and the way in which he spoke.

"If.. You do not mind me asking.. Where did you come from?" Snail spoke once again in that soft way that she did, staring at the Skitty with those eyes of hers.

"Um.. I don't know.." Twilight muttered in response to Puurii's statement. "We all walked by here at the same time, and we all wondered what the other was doing here?" She pondered, not really sure of her answer herself.

Na-Na stopped bouncing to answer the little Omanyte's question as politely as possible. "I'm from... The forest. But I grew up with Puu," he grinned, waving to Puurii off in the distance. "She's pratically my sister."

Puurii looked at Twilight and Boudicca with eyes that held a gleam of curiousity. She normally hated crowds, but instead, she just felt... Almost at home. This feeling of familarity was puzzling.

"Kindle and Kuro have already agreed to travel with myself and my companion... I hate to say it, but... The more the merrier. I don't think we've been brought together for no reason at all."
 
OOC: Hah! I predicted that actually! XP Anyhow, good night Charon-chan! And Melissa! PS is waiting for yyooooouuuuuu!

"Traveling?" Twilight asked, blinking a few times after the Mareep made that statement.

"Where are you going?" She continued, her curiousity was rising again.

"Okay..." Snail muttered, pausing for a long while before mustering up the courage to speak again.

"What.. Are you going to do now..?" She finished, crawling completely out of her shell, prepared for walking back to the lake. Or.. Perhaps she could follow this guy. She had no particular interest in returning to the lake.

"I should probably go back to her," Na-Na giggled. "She'll be so mad at me for running off. Wanna come with me? Maybe you could help me in getting away with it by explaining that I saved you," his grin cocked to one side, mischiviously giggling at his new-found friend.

"Oh... I mean..." Puu meeped at her slip. What would she say now? "We're... Looking for something. It's very dangerous, it is. We may not make it there." She could only hope Kindle didn't get mad for saying this. Hopefully she'd covered it up well enough. "But we know that the more Pok?mon with us, in this case, the less chances there are of one of us getting hurt."
 
OOC: Bettuh believe it, foo. XD

"Really? Well, what are you looking for?" Twilight asked, her interest in the topic growing by the minute. Her life was so boring back here.. Maybe she could help them find whatever it was they wanted to find. Who knew, maybe it'd lead to her becoming.. Some sort of hero. Even though that's not really what she wanted, it was still interesting nonetheless.

Snail blinked a few times, thinking over the possibilities. What was the point of continuing to live life in that lake?

"Okay.." Snail answered, her feelers twirling as she became filled with excitement.
