Well, it was made by 44tim44, and we had an idea of 2 poison Eevees and 1 was a legendary.

It's an idea sky and I thought of.
44tim44 made me a Toxeon first, and, I like it.
Remember, we're still in the idea stage be4 beta 1.

Plus, I just thought of a good Pokedex entry for it.

Toxeon, the Poison Spike Pokemon
The Poisonin its tail is so poisoness, just a very light tap on the spike can be fatal.

...well you could always call mine toxeon and use that entry, i just think it would be cool to make the legendary eeveelution the normal one, just becasue its like bam the real eeveelution
