I just hope I am able to get a convertible that has at least 2 GB of RAM to play around with. :)
Those "2-in-1's" seem pretty interesting for sure :PI just hope I am able to get a convertible that has at least 2 GB of RAM to play around with. :)

I have a friend who owns one and has been able to game on it as well. It's amazing how powerful some of them can be.
And in other news, Skype has somewhat stabilized on my Venue 8 Pro, for the most part. I found a trick to disable ads in Skype, although I can't seem to get Skype Home to load. :P
It's a great budget phone if you want an Android phone and you're getting a smartphone for the first time and/or you're switching from Windows Phone to Android (like me). And yeah, I wouldn't upgrade at all if you already have a 2nd Gen. The spec differentiation is not really that great.Would you recommend it?
I have a Moto G 2nd Gen and I've been considering upgrading for a while now, but looking at the specs the 3rd Gen doesn't seem too different from its predecessor. The GPU is a little faster, and there's a higher end model that has 2 GB of RAM, is that all that was changed?
I wonder why there's 32-bit OS when the CPU is 64-bit. I think 64-bit OS would work better in that computer because it can use the CPU better.Spoiler:![]()
I bet it's the ads in Skype though that aren't helping, if anything.

I got a Moto G 3rd Gen today! It's my first Android phone and always, I'm loving it. :D
Oh, and I accidentally maxed my internal space on it by downloading all the apps at once and my cache was causing the clog. It's fixed now though. :P

Wait what how.Zachhh you should've told me, I could've saved you 10% off it.
Wait what how.
Then again, it was gotten off of Amazon.
I am a 'advocate' in a slightly official/unofficial sense, and I have access to 10% discount codes for myself or others, along with other perks.
So I know Seagate and WD are good brands for hard drives, possibly Samsung too. So if we keep steam games on it, what kinda speeds/tech should I be looking for?
No symptoms whatsoever at all for indication of SSD failure? Is this just a general flaw with SSDs or your particular model?Well...
Looks like I'll have to claim warranty on the SSD in my desktop. From Kingston's technical support, my SSD is considered failed since the SMART attributes were garbage.
At least I still have the time to get my data off. You rarely get pre-failure notices on SSDs... you usually get sudden failure. In the meantime, I guess it's back to HDD as a single drive.

But Seagate has some of the highest failure rates for HDDs. If you're after the lowest failure rates get WD(second lowest) or HGST(lowest).I am a 'advocate' in a slightly official/unofficial sense, and I have access to 10% discount codes for myself or others, along with other perks.
