Twilight 8th Highest Grossing HORROR Film?

*facepalm*

... You've gotta be kidding me, that movie isn't even CLOSE to being horror.

Haha, all you lot who think they mixed up horror with horrible are so wrong. They're just imbeciles. It is horrifically bad (the first one at least, I've not seen the others). I mean, most of the girls I know who go to see the films admit that they're rubbish, but only go "because taylor lautner is fit" apparently :P

Still, wouldn't you be scared if your local stalker turned out to be sparkly?

I can't get offended by its' classification as horror, as I found the bit in Kick-Ass where Nicholas Cage gets burned alive to be bad enough...but I do know it's definitely not a horror film.

I would be terrified to watch any of the Twilight movies (that's after already seeing the first one). If that doesn't mean they're horror, I don't know what does. D;

I... am baffled. Absolutely baffled.

I didn't know that sparkling vampires = horror.

It is a horror because like others said, it has vampires and werewolves in it. Because it is also a romantic movie it is a Gothic Horror genre, a fusion of horror and romance. It may not be scary (therefore I wouldn't class it in a horror list) but technically it is a horror.

I laughed at what they wrote. It sounds so cliche, I can't believe anyone would go "I want to read/watch Twilight!" after hearing that.

And the image made me laugh as well.

In all seriousness, though... It's probably just a plot to make Twilight sound good. Maybe it sold enough, isn't exactly that genre, but "eh, it's close enough. Let's go with this and make more people watch it!"

It's probably because of it having vampires and werewolves in it like stated previously.

I'm not surprized with how many guys are calling it horrible on here. Haters going to hate huh? Especially when the said movie makes their girlfriend see them as obsolete.
