Ubers: Evasion Clause back?

it's one of those things where, even if it's not broken, i definitely don't see any harm in the removal of evasion since the "strategy" is basically "let's to to out-math my opponents instead of outplay them."

that said, i think it should also be broken (and not just bs/uncompetitive/insert pejorative here) to be banned. if it is suspected and banned, i will trust the ubers community more than my own judgment since i can't bring myself near the tier lol.
 
About fuckin' time. It's banned in the other tiers, and it's not like Ubers is so much different from them that it's not ban-worthy in Ubers either.
