Ugh! Stop talking and DIE!! (Most annoying anime character ever!)

There was somebody's voice in Persona 4 that I just couldn't stand. Who was it now...?
 
I always thought Sai from Naruto Shippuden was really annoying. I can't stand the fact that he makes so many inappropriate jokes.
 
Hmm... Hmm...

I'd have to say Dawn from Pokemon. Period. Voice-wise, appearances, etc. I just can't stand her D=<

Oh, and when I liked it, younger Mitsuki from Fullmoon wo Sagashite. She was such a whiner, and HAD to get things her own way. She might've supposedly had a year left to live, but still... I just couldn't stand the sight of her >.> The older one was fine, but that's just 'cause Changin' My Life's a cool J-Pop group, and it is myco (the lead singer of CML) that voices Mitsuki in both forms XD
 
Botan from YuYu Hakusho.

Konata from Lucky Star (English Dub). Whenever I hear her voice, I literally want to throw my laptop out the window. Seriously, it's that bad. DX
 
kagome from inu yasha. I can't stand this girl. she is just screaming 'inu yasha' in 50 different versions, thats all. and its annoying. -.-
 
For me most characters dubbed by Stephanie Sheh.(Examples: Hinata, Orihime,Mikuru) Her voice just seems to ware down my nerves.
 
I have no problem with anybody's voices. It is when they talk when they shouldn't be. Basically anybody in Naruto who decides that they should talk about their past in the middle of a fight and take up four episodes. Yeah....Just pass out or die or something.
 
There's almost always an annoying character in every anime.. D: I'm going to exclude dubs, since I rarely watch them and can't stand a lot of them anyway. So here's a couple that annoy me right now:

  • Ritsu from K-ON! (After watching episode 11.. eergh.)
  • Nina from Code Geass
  • Suiseiseki from Rozen Maiden (desudesudesudesu)
  • Yoshida Kazumi from Shakugan no Shana
  • Black Star from Soul Eater
  • Index from To Aru Majutsu no Index (can she just die please?)
  • Touma from To Aru Majutsu no Index (stfu during fights please)
  • Kushieda Minori from ToraDora! (I liked her until she went all depressed and annoying)
 
Nina, Suzaku, Shirley (dub), and Nunnally (dub) from Code Geass, lovelies. The former two are missing some screws in the attic. The latter two make me want to impale my ears with a fork.

Misa from Death Note for being clingy, hehe.
 
Chibusa(or Rini in the Sailor Moon Dub) because in the english dub her voice is so.....so.....ANNOYING!
And Usagi(Or Serena in the Sailor Moon Dub) because they changed her voice actor in the 3rd series of the english dub......I WAY prefer her first voice!
 
I'd have to say:

~Naruto - He's not as bad in Japanese, but he's still annoying. I can't even watch the English version because of him alone.
~Pikachu - I've only seen the Pokemon anime a couple of times, but it was enough to make me wince the way he sounds.

Those are the only two I can think of off the top of my head. You gotta be really annoying as I'm pretty accustomed to anime having at least one annoying character, but sometimes they go really over the top and they make my list.
 
Tiff/Fumu from Hoshi no Kaabii. Both dubbed and original were bratty, but her English voice was just disgusting. Couldn't get used to it at all.

Also, Foghorn Leghorn Dedede. Just... no.
 
Lucia; Mermaid melody
STFU jeez, shes crying about her crush through 99.9% of the show, the other .1% is her fantarding over her crush shaped thing

as for voicing:

narutos dub voice is really terrible
and nunally of codegeass , not terrible, but not good, i really didn't like it :/
 
Naruto.

He and his voice are so annoying that it turned me off from the whole series. (not whole handedly, but quite a bit.)

Luffy's English Voices are both pretty annoying too... I mean Luffy's Japanese voice fits him so perfectly. I wish they could have tried to have matched her instead of the typical American Shonen voice. =( (But Luffy is NOT annoying at all, just wanted to point out that I really don't like his American voices anymore than Naruto's voices.)
 
Pretty much any character that carries the tsundere archetype. It's the only type of character I absolutely despise.
 
Kagome. She's so stupid
Chibiusa spoilt brat, I hated her a long time ago, when i was watching SM
Emiya Shirou and his desire to save everyone... I love fate/stay night, but that Emiya just annoys the crap outta me sometimes
And Misa (Death Note), even though I never saw the anime. She was obnoxious enough in the manga
