Anime/Manga uguu?

Yeah, it does seem strange that they would release it June of 2015, but this was planned a while ago. I saw it on MAL a couple of months ago and had to triple check, but the reason it's being released now is because of the Blu-Ray set that it's bundled with. Likely created as an incentive.

Honestly I was surprised when I heard that Angel Beats has an OVA released this year.

Angel Beats! Decent series. Not sure if I'm interested in the OVAs, though. Not big enough a fan to crave extra content right now...
SAO has reasonable age gaps, at least.
Love has no boundaries, after all. And age is just a number.

Seriously though, it took me the entirety of 10 seconds to actually understand what you were referring to. XO

Edit: holy fuck gintama slow the fuck down. the manga is getting more serious than my heart can take ffs
edit 2: okay chapter completely read. everything's fine. thank god

There's your numerical age and there's obstacles of mental and physical maturity (though we don't know to what extent the latter matters in the game world).
Minori's going after a guy nine years her elder. She's fourteen.
Yeah, but in a lot of anime, the moment you're 13, you gain the mental maturity of an adult, just with (generally) pettier problems.

And there you go applying real world logic in animu. Also, what machomuu said.

I honestly didn't care for it much though. I just liked how Minori's affection made Akatsuki jelly. :p

I don't know, never really felt bothered by any of this stuff.

It is just light-hearted admiration/crush in a light-hearted show. Not like Serara wants Nyanta to bone her or anything. That'd be worrying. Same for minori.

This situation reminds me of certain characters from another show - Kimi ni Todoke. Chizuru and Tooru. See the chick in the middle? She "loves" the guy on the right.

[PokeCommunity.com] uguu?

There are instances where children get overly attached to people who have been kind to them and often consider it what people call love. As they grow up, they may or may not come to consider it "romantic love". But, more often than not, it just turns out to be feelings of admiration for the said person rather than them being out of romantic interest. And that is something they figure out over time. Currently, I'm inclined to believe it is mostly admiration and nothing more. They're just not clear about their feelings themselves and, as a result, are probably chalking it up as love.

H-artists need the slightest push to push out doujinshi lol. I remember seeing one doujin involving Nami and Robin having a threesome with a 9-10 year old kid just because in the manga that guy (very pervy for his age, though) was shown sleeping (just sleeping) and taking a bath (just bathing) with the girls.

Same will happen with log horizon, I guess. As it does with every damn series. :p

Speaking of Gintama, I have a question for you, Dero-tan.

So I've finally reached episode 100 legitimately (in that I started from episode 1) and I'm aware that the Shinsengumi arc has a movie in the form of Yorinuki Gintama-san in 2D-Theater. So...should I watch that instead? I vaguely remember watching the first two episodes a couple months back and...assuming I'm thinking of the same arc, it definitely started differently than what I've seen of the movie.

Well, I guess the main question I have is will I miss anything by going with the movie versions of the arcs (Benizakura and Kabukicho, as well)?

As far as benizakura is concerned, go for the movie. They add extra content in there and there's much superior art and animation in the movie. So yeah.

As for the shinsengumi crisis arc and kabukicho 4devas arc - stick to the animu. While I haven't seen them myself, I have heard that the shinsengumi one cuts a few things while people say that the art in kabukicho 4 devas arc was identical if not better than the yorinuki version. If there's no extra content and lack of better art/animation, I don't see why you should choose them over the TV versions (which were very well done themselves).

That's my two cents on it. The rest is upto you. :)

On another note, finished 3 series yesterday - OregaIru was confusing but awesome, Fate was CUTE as fuck and Danmachi saw a good ending too albeit on a cliffhanger with that last minute revelation. Enjoyed all the shows immensely. It was a good season. <3

BUMP

News:
God Eater, for those looking forward to it, the first episode has been delayed.
sauce

More important news:
Gintama got a new OP and it is fucking fantastic

Also I think I'm a killer. I kill almost every thread I post in. :c

I should get on with the spring anime I haven't finished. Soon.

Also I'm out of money and I can't get a decent manga haul anymore so many titles I want argh.

Hoping for a discount soon 'cause it'll probably cost me a million or more. Stupid price increases.

Dat Alice though.
Alice is love, Alice is life. <3;

I... have had a tough time actually picking up and watching anime lately. In fact, I've been playing games instead. Very unlike me. >:/
Ah, that's okay. We all have those times we indulge in something different. And completely abandon animu and mangoes. I do that too sometimes. Will probably do that once I start my Game of Thrones marathon as soon as I get back to college. :v

Now that the season's over, what do you guys reckon I should indulge in?
Haven't watched any of spring animu? I'd recommend these:
Kekkai Sensen
Yahari Ore no Seishun Love Comedy wa Macchigatteiru. Zoku (only if you've seen season 1. Watch season 1 if you haven't. My fave series here!)
Shokugeki no Soma (fun shonen is fun) oh you know who alice is ofc you've seen/read this series
Arslan Senki (if in mood for some historical stuff with Arakawa art. Arakawa art is always sexy so thats a +)
Danmachi (if you wanna experience the bestia)

I've mainly been going through some older stuff lately, but I just started downloading Punchline and Plastic Memories. Then I might think about trying to force a watch through of Owari no Seraph some time next week or something.
Punchline's first episode was weird and Plastic Memories never managed to do anything for me in its four episode I saw. First episode got me feeling the feels to a degree but then it became a little...idk, dull? Might not continue Plastic Memories. Will probably finish Punchline though because MAPPA and crazy things are fine with me :p Owari no Seraph does get a little better once they're out of school but they take their time getting there so it might be a little difficult for you haha.

Same here! Gotta get to finishing Hibike Euphonium, Yamada Kun (got up to date with mango tho) and Punchline lel.

A million sounds a lot no matter what currency it is haha. Talking of mangoes, though, I just ordered this! Should hopefully get it in two weeks. Got it for about $7. :3
Spoiler:

I planned on only buying One Piece mangoes. But Shokugeki no Soma's art is so sexy I can't really keep away from it. I plan to buy all volumes as they become available. Only 6 are available to me right now ;____;
