Roxanne would be a walk in the park, seeing as he'd be using his starter for that fight.

Went through the Cycling Road, raping everything left and right. The same with the Ornithologists before Fuschia, and every trainer on the road from Lavender. Koga was a bit of a hassle, but it eventually fell to Mind Fart's Dream Eater.
My first trip to the Safari Zone was some big trolling. I found like... THREE pokémon, the first one, and the third one, Chansey. I was two tiles short of getting Surf when the "time" expired -_-''
I got it on the second trip, and decided to fish, just because. First capture: Dratini. You've got to be kidding me.
Silph Co. wasn't as hard as I thought it'll be. The new member of the team, HentaiDude, gained some levels with the random grunts and scientists, and was able to take on Blue and Giovanni all by himself. I'm so proud *tears*.
Sabrina was easier than Koga. HentaiDude surfed Abra into oblivion, and Therion's Thrash took care of the rest.
Next up: Pallet Town once again, and Cinnabar Island!
Oh, and somewhere over there Atlan evolved. I forgot to press the B button, and it was going too fast to notice.

Confusion
After finishing my trek across the Northern wilderness of Hoenn I finally found myself at Lavaridge town.
"Time to wipe the floor with another gym leader!" :rambo:
Mightyena quickly took down Flannery's Numel and Slugma without difficulty. I don't know why Gym Leader's carry such noobs on their teams!
Camerupt rolled out and put the moves on Mightyena with Attract. What he saw in her I'll never understand but he fell for her like a ton of bricks. I pulled him back for a cold shower and sent out Sableye to finish the job. So easy! How did she ever become a Gym Leader with these shallow tactics? :P
I was still grinning smugly to myself when Torkoal obliterated my entire team with 3 Sunny Day boosted Overheats in a row.
Oh. :surprised:
"Pfft." I said after collecting my wits. It had to be luck. That's all it was.
The second battle progressed more or less the same and again Torkoal came rolling out in the fourth slot. "Okay team, now we'll get her!"
I'll never forget the pleading look Nuzleaf gave me right before he was incinerated. :'(
At this point I took a step back and re-evaluated my team. Obviously something wasn't working out. I went through my bag and found a handful of TM's I hadn't used yet. Maybe there was something I could use here? I found this cute one called Dig.
"Hmm, now how do these work again?" :cross-eye
After an hour of trying to get Mightyena to eat the disk I must have accidentally pushed the activation button and it glowed briefly while it transferred its knowledge to him. Mightyena barked excitedly and I rubbed his head.
"Time for a rematch, boy!"
On the way back to Lavaridge, Sableye got another level up and afterwards started being a real nuisance and knocking my hat off. I was about to scold him for behaving inappropriately towards his master when an idea formed in my head.
I stroked my non-existent goatee while I formulated my plan.
...
Round Three!
The early part of the battle was inconsequential. The Torkoal is all that matters.
As soon as Flannery threw it out I swapped in Sableye and immediately used Knock Off causing her Torkoal to stumble and drop her White Herb. Let's see how well it does without those 'performance enhancing substances' eh? eh?
Seemingly unphased, Torkoal then nuked Sableye with an Overheat. :/
Grimacing at the carnage I sent in Mightyena MkII and had him use his newly improved Dig attack! Nimbly maneuvering under the ground, he dodged Torkoal's bodyslam and blasted through into her soft underside. Super effective!
Torkoal, obviously angered at having her defenses broken, unleashed another Sunny Day boosted Overheat. I looked away both from the brightness and the pain as Mightyena was coated in hot flames. Reaching to my belt to again begrudgingly send Nuzleaf to his doom, I looked up to find Mightyena still standing!
Torkoal's flame power had been harshly sapped without her White Herb. Mightyena had been able to barely shrug off a 1HKO!
Mouth still agape, I hand-signed a command to Mightyena. He must have seen me for he leapt into the ground once again. Torkoal filled the arena with fire in her rage as Mightyena surged from the ground flipping Torkoal over onto her back. Victory was mine! :D
I want to say I won gracefully, but I'll admit I was still doing my touchdown dance when May came to give me some Go-Goggles.
Onward, to the desert!

Game: FireRed – Region 1/4 Name: Roland Rival: Ike
Ultimate Bug Mono-type #1 – The beginning
Spoiler:
Well, today's the day; I finally get my first Pokémon! After quickly brushing my teeth, and rushing downstairs, I was stopped by my mother. She stated that Professor Oak wanted to see me, yeah, like I hadn't already known that…
I burst through the door and darted into his lab, but found no-one. Other than his assistant, who said that Oak was on the outskirts of town. I ran as fast as I could down to the exit of Pallet Town, but once again, found no-one.
"Rattata!"
That was all I heard as a tiny purple Pokémon leapt out from some of the tall grass. Luckily, the Professor was there, and managed to fend off the Normal-type. He led me back to his lab, where his Grandson was waiting, Ike. I never liked him much, but I don't think anyone did. The Prof. went through a few ground rules, never go into tall grass without Pokémon, ect. And he said I could take one of the many Pokemon on the table. I chose one at random, and threw out the Pokéball, revealing a small Fire-type known as Charmander. Ike took another Pokéball, and instantly threw out a Pokéball. A battle ensured
Roland vs. Ike
Charmander vs. Squirtle
This was a miserable failure. Squirtle used its superior defences to block any incoming attack, and by sheer bad-luck, it landed a critical hit, knocking out Charmander.
Result – Lose
Ike ran off, screaming about how epic he was. But Oak saw something special about me, and my skills, even if I had lost. He recommended taking the Pokémon league in order to train and become a Pokemon master. Admittedly, that was already my plan, but soon afterwards, the Professor handed me a Pokédex. These are rare, and very expensive, so I thanked the Prof greatly, before heading out on my first adventure.
After trekking through Route1, I stopped off at Viridian. Other than a Ground-type Gym, there was very little of interest. I thought it would be useless to take on a gym with only one Pokémon, so I headed north to Viridian Forest. This is where things really heated up. I ran into two Pokémon, a Weedle and a Caterpie. I knew that Bug-types are easy to raise, so I caught both of them, woot! I have now named them Deca and Scarlet respectively.
(Charmander has now been changed to a HM slave, and will no-longer be referred to)
I spent the rest of the day training my two Bug-Types, each testing their individual skills. I soon tested out my Pokémon on some other bug-catchers, and came across a wonderful surprise. At much the same time, just after the battle, they evolved! I knew that many Bug-types evolved quickly, but that was ridiculous. I now had a Kakuna and a Metapod, and both were completely useless in combat. Their hard shell made them impossible to move around, but it didn't matter.
The next day, I set out through the forest once more, and I sent out both of my Pokémon to rest. I was met with yet another surprise, as the two cocoons exploded with light, revealing two more Pokémon. Scarlet had evolved into a Butterfree, and Deca had evolved into a Beedrill.
Now that they were battle ready, I did some cold hard training, testing Scarlet's Confusion, and Deca's FuryAttack. In my opinion, they should be tough enough to fight off anything that come their way, so I went north in order to test my Pokémon against Brock, the Rock-type Gym Leader of Pewter City.
I leapt into the Gym, smashing through anything that came in my way, until the Gym Leader arrived.
Roland vs. Brock
Scarlet (Butterfree)vs. Geodude
Scarlet did me proud here, using Geodude's low Sp.Defense against him. One Confusion left the Geodude with half-health, and a second knocked it out, leaving Scarlet unharmed.
Deca (Beedrill)vs. Onix
If anything, this battle could be classed as simply evening the competition. Deca let off a StringShot in order to slow the enemy, but was actually faster than the Onix. The foe fired Rock-Tomb, which slowed Deca and knocked him down to red-health. I was rather glad that StringShot had been used; otherwise the Onix would have surely been faster than Deca. Eventually, Deca reeled off Poison sting in a desperate hope to Poison the Onix, and I can't believe my luck.
Scarlet(Butterfree)vs. Onix
More a scale of luck than training. The poisoned, slowed down Onix took an etching of poison, and let Butterfree make the first move, which was a critical-hit Confusion, and the Onix missed with Rock-Tomb. A Confusion later, and the gym badge was mine for the taking.
Result – Win
I left the gym quickly. I was already behind schedule, and Ike was surely ahead of me by now. I probably shouldn't have rushed so much, but it didn't matter.
After healing up and leaving Pewter City, I began to pick up the pace, battling any trainer in my way, teaching Scarlet and Deca more and more battle techniques. And then I came across one huge surprise, Mt. Moon. It was well known for its large capacity of Clefairy, but that wasn't the Pokémon I was here for. Mt. Moon also has a large amount of Paras, which would soon become one of my team.
The new Paras was weak, being a fairly low level. But after some rigorous training, he soon caught up to Scarlet and Deca. I named the Paras Phiona, as it seemed to suit her. After battling through many of the trainers in Mt. Moon, I came across another sight, Team Rocket. From what I could gather, they were gathering Moon Stones, which was a bad thing. Anything Team Rocket did was a bad thing, and after asking them what they were doing, one or two of them began to battle me.
Luckily, Scarlet, Deca and Phiona were tough enough to fight it out, beating most of their Pokémon without injury. But within minutes of beating out the few grunts Pokémon, I made a dash for it. My Bug-types were tough, but they couldn't defeat all of these Rockets, so escape was the best option.
This was met by a flash or sunlight as I fell out of Mt. Moon. My Pokémon were glad to be back in the sunlight, and I was too, so we headed east to Cerulean City, civilisation, something that my team weren't so happy about seeing, but we enjoyed the pit-stop none the less. I had heard rumours of a small challenge going on across "Nugget Bridge", with a reward. I guess that Scarlet would be able to handle it, let alone my whole team, so I headed north to the bridge. At this, Ike barrelled down the bridge at full speed, boasting about how he had won the challenge without a scratch. I couldn't resist showing him my team, and this led to a battle.
Roland vs. Ike
Deca (Beedrill)vs. Pidgeotto
I cursed under my breath at my bad luck. Trust Ike to be one step ahead of me, but I took this in my stride. FuryAttack slammed into the Flying/Normal-type with stupendous power, causing the Pidgeotto to recoil. But it slammed back with a Gust powerful enough to topple a building.
Scarlet (Butterfree)vs. Pidgeotto
Went better than I had expected, as Scarlet sent Pidgeotto flying (No pun intended).
Phiona (Paras)vs. Rattata
Phiona used BulletSeed to slam into the Rattata's defences like a freight-train. Rattata countered with TailWhip, and then QuickAttack, which worked well, but a second BulletSeed took Rattata out without too much trouble.
Phiona(Paras)vs. Squirtle
Type advantage, similar level, EffectSpore as an ability, I think you can see where this is going. BulletSeed hit Squirtle with some level of damage, but what was best part was the fact that EffectSpore kicked in a put Squirtle to sleep. After one or two more BulletSeeds, Squirtle was down.
Phiona (Paras) vs. Abra
Abra's only move was Teleport. Do I need say more?
Result – Win
So here I am, facing the bridge, and ready to fight. I'll be sure to write back as something new happens!
-Beat Whitney on my first try. Took Clefairy out, put miltank to sleep and confused it, and just prayed it wouldnt wake up. It did and KO'd Togetic, Noctowl put it back to sleep, and unfortunately it got up and used Milk Drink, but i put it back to sleep and finished it off.
