Issue: Underline settings ignored

    Ok so we all know the Link Underline settings that Jake set up as the last section in the Edit Options panel that allows us to choose whether or not Links get underlined or not, well I have that setting set to No Underlines in any theme, yet I still get all links underlined in the Sinnoh Springs styles (both regular and reduced). perhaps the hooks that allow that setting are messed up or missing.

    I guess what I'm asking is if someone with a green name or higher can check on that. I really find the underlines annoying.
     
    I'm having the same problem, I checked on other themes and the underline settings were filled out.

    Sinnoh Springs seems like on big beta imo(sorry Luke. D:)
     
    After you mentioned this, I tested and noticed it as well. I'm sure it'll be fixed soon.

    Yeah, there seem to be quite a few issues. It got released early.
     
    remember, some styles MAY not have it enabled .. also, log out, delete PC related cookies, then after closing all browser windows, log back in. try it again.
     
    Steve, I probably should have mentioned that that was the first thing I did after I noticed it. Clearing cookies and Cache doesn't help. I'm almost certain that it's a setting in the theme itself.
     
    I have tried in Firefox 3.5, Safari 4, and Camino. it still appears that the theme itself is ignoring that CP setting. (I also tried using my other account and the underlines still appeared.)
     
    Ok I've tried that, It doesn't work.

    • Clear Cookies/Cache: fail
    • Other browser check: fail
    • other user account: fail
    • Other user accounts + Other browser: fail
    • change settings + log out + clear coockies/cache: Fail
     
    Let me test this out, myself. Be right back. For easy reference...

    Edit: I'm having the same problem in Firefox. I have it set to "No Underlines" and the underline is still there. This is in both the classic and reduced Sinnoh Springs.

    Trying to deduce a reasoning. Something that would be different. If anything, OS? I know that's one difference between Hiroshi and I, as he's Mac and it works, yet I'm on Windows and it doesn't. I'm not quite sure if that'd affect the forum, though, but it's the only thing I can think of this late at night. Meh, I'll leave it to the style experts.

    Thanks Jake, the CP options are fully functional on my end.
     
    make sure it's still working.. fixed some missing stuffs and recolored that ads
