The majority of my Pokemon are at straight Lvel 50, and I'm using them in Colosseum. So do they still gain EXP in the Direct Corner/Union Room? I'm just wondering.

well u could do record mix in R/S/E but not F/L. That's what u do. trade your pkm that need to train to R/S/E then do record mix. this is a bit old fashioned

yeah, that would be great if they got exp there. then i wouldn't have to keep recharging that dang vs seeker *hits vs seeker*
