Unopened Base Set Theme Decks

What would be the value of unopened, original base set theme decks? I know that there is a difference between shadow and shadowless. If one were to sell, should they open the decks first to confirm shadow/shadowless and seal them? Or sell them unopened? Is there a way to tell the difference without opening the package? Any help would be appreciated guys.

I would think they would be worth more if you never break the seal off of the decks, but I don't know the value would be. You might have to find yourself an expert on this to determine the actual value of said deck.

Theme decks are worth dramatically more sealed because they all have the exact same cards inside.
