Well, to take care of skarmbliss, you could always try a Magneton with HP Fighting, it seems stupid, but it trap skarm, 1-2hko's him (depending on EV's), and HP Fighting can do 2hko on Blissey with the right EV's.
Course, he'll obviously lose out in the long run against other pokes.

How about using metal sound to take care of blissey?..but i guess HP fighting could work..mind u a 2HKO for blissey kinda sucks when counter + softboil is always present..

Anyway, consider Beat Up on Houndoom, has this marvellous effect of 2HKOing Blissey. May also want to Sunnybeam as well for Suicune, although after a CM or two that won't help immensely.

That Blaziken gets taken out by Blissey =(... Sub! Tossed! Sub! Tossed! Sub! Tossed!
Subversal Blaziken with Flamethrower is enough to take out Skarm/Forry/Weez with Bliss/Lax.

Metal Sound on blissey is the best option as Magneton has just over 200 hp. So it can take 2 seismic tosses (while you metal sound) then unless im mistaken thunderbolt should either kill it or come very close. And it cant have counter used on it. If it survives then a strong physical attack should kill it with ease.

Magneton only has 3 main moves, which are Thunderbolt, Hidden Power, and Thund Wave, his last move is up in the air as he has no good choices to go with, so Metal Sound is really all he can do.

MS also works against Blisseys that opt Counter over Seismic Toss, and i hav seen them.

LOL, i hope they at least had enuff sense to giv it some atk EVs. It has one of, if not THE worst base atks in the game if im not mistaken.

Well if Maggy could survive one FP, which i doubt it could, you would be able to make it flinch next time + have one MS on it. Then wait till it softboils to do anuther MS and repeat. As long as Maggy could survive one FP i think it would have the upper hand.
