[Completed] (UPDATED TO V20.1 OF POKEMON ESSENTIALS) Pokemon: Eternal Order

Being able to shiny hunt porygon so early on is the main reason I stuck with this game when I was playing through. I don't remember how to evolve to help the above poster, but I think it was getting the item needed in the official games and using it like a stone. I might be misremembering though.
