Urgent help needed in R4

It takes like FOREVER on the loading screen.. Are there any ways to fix this?

This is a picture of my R4. I'm not sure if it is legit or not so please tell me:>

That looks like the proper card. Here's a thought; try backing up un-necessary data on the MiniSD card. (rarely played games, music, etc.) and seeing if it boots up faster. If not, perhaps you may have to look into formatting the card and reinstalling your firmware (backing all your data up first, of course.)

I tried all of those and it still didn't work. Could it be a problem with the MiniSD Card?

Is your MiniSD card SDHC? Because SDHC cards won't work with the R4.

It's really my first time trying things with the R4 do i don't really know what SDHC is and how to check if it is an SDHC MiniSD..

It usually says on the memory card itself (somewhere around the amount of memory) SDHC if it is one of them.

But if it isn't, it could be possible that the your MiniSD card isn't making enough contact with the R4 - a problem that appears to have occurred with some R4 users.

It happened to me too until I fixed the way I formated the folders. when zI can see I will post the proper format.

I have several questions that I'd like answers to.

1. What how much data can your MicroSD (not MiniSD) store? If it can hold 4GB or higher, that's your problem. There is an exception if it is 4GB though
2. Have you actually managed to get it to work before?

It can store 1GB.
Yes. But I didn't use it for more than 1 month when my DS Shell got destroyed. And it's not SDHC :>
