[Script] usable flags after deleting every event

so i have deleted every single event in fire red so does that mean the flags used by the game are usable now?
if not, which flags are usable? i read DavidJCobb's findings but i didnt get anything :/

If you've deleted the event where the flag was originally used then yes, you can go ahead and use it.
