Issue: user customization on my profile I DID NOT put there!!!!!

there is some deep sea tanks scene on my profile when I view conversations between other users and I that I DID NOT add!!! if I hide user customizations it is NOT there!!! i personally HATE the picture and have NO IDEA how it got there because I have NEVER seen it before!!!! please fix this picture that DOES NOT belong on my profile!!!!!!!!!!!!

When you view VM conversations, the background will come from the other persons background and not your own. So if you don't like that picture, just turn off user customizations like you did before and you won't see it. Alternatively you could just not view that particular person's conversations.

This is your conversation with Francois, right? That's his profile theme you're seeing - if you take a look at his profile you'll see that's his theme on there. As Tabor said, when you look at your VM conversation between you and another member, it's the other member's profile theme that you see as the background. Hope that helps :)

When you're viewing a VM conversation involving yourself and another member it displays said member's profile theme instead of your own, like what Ozzy and Tabor stated. Also, as Dave said turning off profile customizations is an option by clicking that part on a member's profile that says "Hide User Customizations".
