Okay, this is a team I've been kinda sorta working on a bit on-and-off. So yeah. There are certain aspects of it that are bleh(Electrode?), so I figured the PC battlers could help me more than anybody else. Mmk.

Mr. Hands [Ambipom] (F) @ Silk Scarf
    Ability: Technitian
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Jolly nature (+Spe, -SpA)
    - Fake Out
    - U-Turn
    - Return
    - Pursuit

Mr. Hands, you are an amazing lead. With Technitian, 252 Atk EVs, and Silk Scarf, Fake Out does rediculous damage to many things. If Fake Out does 40% or more, and I think I can out-speed it, I usually just go Return to finish it. Pursuit is just for pesky Uxies and such that U-Turn after I fake them out. U-Turn is just for scouting. Also, a combo of Fake Out and U-Turn can wear many things out, so that's always a plus. Very reliable member of my team.

    P_irate [Nidoking] (M) @ Life Orb
    Ability: Poison Point
    EVs: 220 Atk / 104 Spe / 184 SpA
    Rash nature (+SpA, -SpD)
    - Earthquake
    - Sucker Punch
    - Thunderbolt
    - Sludge Bomb

Ehh. If you catch your opponent off-guard, this thing can get some surprise OHKOs. I usually don't use this guy unless I have nothing else. Been looking for a replacement, but I'm not sure what tot use.

chiKING [Blaziken] (F) @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Blaze
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpA)
    - Flare Blitz
    - Superpower
    - Thunderpunch
    - Brave Bird

LOVELOVELOVELOVE this thing! IMO, one of the best revenge killers in UU. Anyways, this thing has a crazy amount of power, even scarfed. Scarfing it gives it the ability to revenge kill. Too bad it doesn't have access to a physical priority move, anyways moving on. I know you're going to be like "AKGLABALOSD REPLACE BRAVE BIRD WIFZ DA STONEZ EDGE!!111one1" but I particularly like BB over SE. Anyways, besides that, pretty standard chicken.

    Pokerball [Electrode] @ Life Orb
    Ability: Static
    EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
    Hasty nature (+Spe, -Def)
    - Thunderbolt
    - Taunt
    - Explosion
    - Hidden Power [Ice]

Ehh, Idk about this guy. His speed is just rediculous, so I was thinking of going Mild>Hasty, but I probably better not. Thunderbolt does quite a bit of damage to most things that don't resist it. HP Ice for coverage. The coolest thing about Electrode is how fast it can explode on stuff. Pretty much looking for a replacement though.

    Nessie [Milotic] (F) @ Leftovers
    Ability: Marvel Scale
    EVs: 252 HP / 8 Spe / 84 SpA / 164 SpD
    Calm nature (+SpD, -Atk)
    - Substitute
    - Recover
    - Toxic
    - Hidden Power [Grass]

Most. annoying. Milotic. set. ever. Seriously, this thing can stall its ass off, then stall some more. Set up the sub, toxic, and sub/recover until something dies. If I'm facing a bulky water(such as another Milotic), I have HP Grass. The 8 EVs in Spe are to outrun other Milotics(and ones that have 4 Spe EVs). It works very well, and pisses many people off.

BAWLZ [Toxicroak] (M) @ Choice Band
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 Atk / 252 Spe
    Adamant nature (+Atk, -SpA)
    - Gunk Shot
    - Cross Chop
    - Ice Punch
    - Sucker Punch

A very high-risk, high-reward set. Banding it and giving it Adamant gives it an amazing attack stat. Gunk Shot hits anything that doesn't resist it remarkably hard. Cross Chop is also very strong, and is mainly for those like Steelix and Registeel. Ice Punch is for teh Coverage. It can even revenge kill with Sucker Punch. Very powerful Pokemon/set.

Alright, that's my team. Not worked out completely, but it works pretty good.

I'm not really up to date with the UU metagame but, taking a quick glance over your team, I noticed you have no way of setting up Stealth Rock. Perhaps change Electrode for something that can?

Agreed, I'll just cut right to the chase.

I recommend Donphan in exchange for Electrode. Being one of very few liable Rapid Spinners that can also set up Stealth Rock, and able to suck up incoming Thunder Waves and other Electric attacks. In addition Milotic and Donphan have good synergy.

Alright, thanks for the suggestion. I'll try it out later today and tell you what I think.

You could do with a spinner, since you have nothing that is airborne/immune to spikes. Also, you are kinda RP Torterra weak, as it can set-up on Nido, Blaziken and toxicroak locked in the wrong attack, and sort of Ambipom too, due to its high defence. It can then proceed to spam EQ and Wood Hammer, bringing your entire team down (Yes, it outspeeds ScarfKen and Trode, so you have to rely on SP from Toxicroak (which can be outstalled, it is only 8 PP after all) and Fake Outs from Ambipom to kill it, and every time you do this, you have to sack a poke. To prevent this from happening, I'd put Ice Beam on Nido >> Sludge Bomb, as it allows you to get the hits on grounds which kinda wall that set atm. I would also change the nature on Blaziken to Jolly if you are still running pure physical, so that you could outrun it even after a +2, and kill it with Flare Blitz.

If you are going to run no STAB on Milotic, I'd say to run HP Psychic. You can still toxic any bulky waters, and it allows it to kill off Qwilfish (one of the best spikers there is) and Toxicroak, both of which loves to set up on Milotic, as well as actually dent Venusaur a little before switching out. Also I'd squeeze in Surf somewhere due to the fact that lacking it make you lose to stuff like Moltres and Blaziken that you really should beat.

As I previously kinda said, nothing on this team resists or are immune to Earthquake, which is probably the most common move in the game. To prevent this from being a problem, I'd suggest using something with Levitate >> Electrode, as he doesn't seem to be doing too much. I'd suggest Weezing, due to the fact that using it would help more with your Torterra (and partly Venusaur) problems more then other levitators like Mismagius and Rotom. D_A made a pretty cool Specs set for it, which could help you wear down common checks to Ambipom like Hitmontop and Blaziken (switching in expecting to absorb a WOW), as well as absolutely demolishes Houndoom (switches into Weezing for the same reason as Blaziken), which would help you sweep with Ambi later.

    Weezing set:
    @ Choice Specs
    Nature: Quiet
    Ability: Levitate
    EV's: 252 Sp.Att| 252 HP| 4 Def
    ~ Sludge Bomb
    ~ Fire Blast
    ~ Hidden Power [Grass]
    ~ Shadow Ball

With another choicer added to the team, I'd suggest unchoicing Toxicroak and try the NP set, as it takes advantage of rain teams rather easily, and has a powerful Vacuum Wave to help revenge killing.
    NP set:
    @ Life Orb
    Nature: Timid
    Ability: Dry Skin
    EV's: 252 Sp.Att| 252 Speed | 4 HP
    ~ Nasty Plot
    ~ Vacuum Wave
    ~ Focus Blast
    ~ Dark Pulse

Weezing can't tank hits from physical attackers like Swellow all day due to no leftovers, so a semi-back up to it might be the aforementioned Donphan, as it can spin, as well as take the electric attacks aimed at Milotic as previously mentioned. I'd swap Nidoking out for it. SubPhan is fun to use, as it blocks status, but I'd just run the standard set. (too tired to think up anything else)

    Donphan
    @ Leftovers
    Nature: Adamant
    EV's: 252 Attack | 52 HP | 204 Defence
    ~ Stealth Rock
    ~ Rapid Spin
    ~ Earthquake
    ~ Assurance

^ Spins, and kills ghosts that tries to prevent you from spinning.

    Summa summarum;
    • Make Blaziken Jolly > Adamant so that you outspeed RP Torterra
    • Put HP Psychic > HP Grass on Milotic, and Surf > Substitute
    • Swap Electrode with Specs Weezing to help cover grounds
    • Swap Nidoking for Donphan, so that you get to spin away hazards with almost all of your team being grounded
    • Unchoice Toxicroak

    Good luck with your team!

Thank you very much for the detailed rate. I agree with you on many points, but also disagree on others. I totally agree with adding Weezing and Donphan, as Electrode and Nidoking really don't add much to the team as it is. I tried Jolly on Blaziken, but it seemed to be a little too much speed. I'll try it out again, but I do like the extra power added by Adamant. I agree with your idea of HP Psychic > HP Grass, but I would like to keep Sub. The set I run is mainly built to stall things, and taking away Sub would diminish it's stalling power. And last, I absolutely love Banded Toxicroak. I may try NP, but for now, Banded, he has rediculous power, and I would hate to lose it. Again, thanks for all the suggestions, I will try them out!

Uh, Milotic with no STAB is a joke. Really get rid of Hidden Power Ass (not typo) for Surf. and give it a better ev spread that doesn't lose to everything with more def evs and Bold.

HP Ice > Brave Bird on Blaziken for DD Altaria who sweeps you otherwise.

Id suggest Venusaur over Nidoking if you do replace anything. It gives you sold defensive core (fire/water/grass) and then a SR user over E-Trode. Something steel (Registeel) would work because Alakazam currently goes lolololol since you know nothing can come in on Psychic's like at all, that also helps with the Mismagius weak.
