I am looking to improve my UU team on Showdown! I have done well so far but am looking for suggestions. Please feel free to let me know what you think and how I can improve what I have got. Also, no one on the team is set in stone so if you know someone that does the role better then please suggest it. Okay see here is the team:

    Azelf @ Focus Sash
    Ability: Levitate
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Taunt
    - Toxic
    - Knock Off
My lead guy. Just want to set up some rocks and to some other damage and not much else.

    Empoleon @ Rocky Helmet
    Ability: Torrent
    EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 SDef
    Careful Nature
    - Stealth Rock
    - Defog
    - Knock Off
    - Waterfall
My defogger and back rocks guy. Once there hazard guy goes down he comes in and cleans them up and puts the rocks back up if needed. Then left to knock off his mons.

    Chandelure @ Assault Vest
    Ability: Flame Body
    EVs: 252 HP / 252 SAtk / 4 SDef
    Modest Nature
    - Energy Ball
    - Dark Pulse
    - Psychic
    - Flamethrower
Basically meant to tank a few hits and dish it back out and hopefully get lucky with a burn or 2 before he goes down.

    Jirachi @ Choice Scarf
    Ability: Serene Grace
    EVs: 252 Atk / 4 SDef / 252 Spd
    Jolly Nature
    - U-turn
    - Drain Punch
    - Iron Head
    - Zen Headbutt
Meant to out speed and set up goods match ups with u-turn. Also, can be used as a tank because of typing and stats.

    Jolteon @ Life Orb
    Ability: Volt Absorb
    EVs: 4 HP / 252 SAtk / 252 Spd
    Timid Nature
    - Discharge
    - Volt Switch
    - Hidden Power [Ice]
    - Shadow Ball
My special attacker. Meant to hit hard and fast and with volt switch to remove himself from unfavourable match ups. Used with Jirachi to switch back and forth.

    Absol @ Absolite
    Ability: Justified
    EVs: 252 Spd / 252 Atk / 4 SDef
    Jolly Nature
    - Sucker Punch
    - Swords Dance
    - Knock Off
    - Night Slash
My physical attacker. Once a SD is set up looking to sweep between knock off and sucker punch combo.

So thats my team. Again I am open to any suggestion with regards to everything like different mons, abilities, EV spreads, natures, and move sets. So let me know any suggestion is greatly appreciated.

I think Flygon is a better alternative over Empoleon as a Defogger because it has access to reliable recovery in Roost. Empoleon should stick to being a special attacker (using Scald as the Water move over Waterfall) simply because of its higher Special Attack. You're not using Knock Off for the damage in this case, but for the utility it provides:

    Flygon:
    -Earthquake
    -U-turn
    -Defog
    -Roost
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 HP/16 Atk/104 Def/136 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

Empoleon should stick to something like this. Leave the Knock Off support to something else, as it has no room for it:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Scald
    -Roar
    -Toxic/Protect/Defog
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/4 Def/252 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Torrent

What's the deal with AV Chandelure? Its Special Defense may be decent, sure, but it has a lot of common weaknesses to Dark, Ghost, Ground, Water and Rock. Why are you not using Shadow Ball on Chandelure? Why did you opt for Dark Pulse, which lacks STAB, but has the exact same coverage as Shadow Ball?:
    -Fire Blast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Hidden Power (Fighting)/Energy Ball
    -Trick/Overheat
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Flash Fire

    or
    -Substitute
    -Pain Split
    -Shadow Ball
    -Fire Blast
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 68 HP/252 SAtk/4 SDef/184 Spe
    Item: Life Orb
    Ability: Flash Fire

    or
    -Fire Blast
    -Shadow Ball
    -Energy Ball
    -Trick/Hidden Power (Fighting)/Memento
    Nature: Timid/Modest
    EVs: 252 SAtk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf
    Ability: Flash Fire

Jirachi has better coverage moves out there for Choice Scarf; it even has Trick to screw over walls:
    -Iron Head
    -Fire Punch/Ice Punch
    -U-turn
    -Trick/Healing Wish
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Scarf

Discharge sees little use on a fast, offensive Pokemon like Jolteon; the loss of power isn't worth the extra paralysis chance:
    -Thunderbolt
    -Volt Switch
    -Hidden Power (Ice/Fire)
    -Signal Beam
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Specs
    Ability: Volt Absorb

Having 3 Dark moves on Absol is terribad because this leaves it exposed to Fighting Pokemon (and to a lesser extent, Fairies):
    -Swords Dance
    -Sucker Punch
    -Knock Off/Night Slash
    -Superpower/Play Rough
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SDef/252 Spe
    Item: Absolite
    Ability: Justified/Super Luck

Half this team is weak to Dark, so a Fairy or Fighting Pokemon are worth certain looks on the team. Examples are Florges, Aromatisse, Heracross, Mienshao, Slurpuff, Scrafty, Chesnaught and Cobalion:

    Florges:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Aromatherapy/Toxic
    Nature: Calm
    EVs: 252 HP/232 Def/24 SDef
    Item: Leftovers

    Aromatisse:
    -Wish
    -Protect
    -Moonblast
    -Aromatherapy
    Nature: Bold
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Aroma Veil

    Heracross:
    -Megahorn
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge
    -Earthquake/Sleep Talk
    Nature: Jolly/Adamant
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe
    Item: Choice Band/Choice Scarf
    Ability: Guts/Moxie

    or
    -Swords Dance/Substitute

    -Stone Edge
    Nature: Adamant/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe

    -Belly Drum

    -Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 Def/252 Spe

    Ability: Unburden

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Draining Kiss/Dazzling Gleam
    -Flamethrower
    -Surf/Rest
    Nature: Modest
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Sitrus Berry/Chesto Berry
    Ability: Unburden

    or
    -Bulk Up

    -Drain Punch
    -Rest

    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Shed Skin

    Chesnaught:
    -Spikes
    -Leech Seed

    -Wood Hammer/Hammer Arm
    Nature: Impish
    EVs: 252 HP/252 Def/4 SDef
    Item: Leftovers
    Ability: Bulletproof

    Cobalion:
    -Stealth Rock
    -Volt Switch/Taunt
    -Iron Head
    -Close Combat
    Nature: Naive/Jolly
    EVs: 252 Atk/4 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Leftovers

    or
    -Swords Dance
    -Iron Head
    -Close Combat
    -Stone Edge/Substitute
    Nature: Jolly
    EVs: 4 HP/252 Atk/252 Spe
    Item: Lum Berry/Life Orb/Leftovers

    or
    -Calm Mind
    -Flash Cannon
    -Focus Blast
    -Hidden Power (Ghost)/Substitute
    Nature: Timid
    EVs: 4 HP/252 SAtk/252 Spe
    Item: Life Orb/Leftovers

It's up to you who to replace on the team; experiment and see what works for you.

Thanks for all the input. I will definitely switch the dark pulse for shadow ball and discharge for TB. I will also try some of the other sets, but when I have run a florges before I might not if aromatherapy or toxic is better because I usually ended up needed the one I didn't run so I am not sure which is really better? But again thanks man I appreciated it.
