    Raichu @ Leftovers
    Timid nature
    4 HP / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
    - Fake Out
    - Encore
    - Thunderbolt
    - Thunderwave

My most recent creation. :3 I really am considering using Fake Out, for all of those frail Pokemon with decent offensive stats that rely on it to set up. Thunderwave would also cripple them, but I really want Hidden Power: Ice on here. I guess Jynx will make up for the Ice move though, so I'll live without Hidden Power. Raichu helps to spread Paralysis around and help Absol set up and sweep.

    Sandslash @ Leftovers
    Impish nature
    252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
    - Stealth Rock
    - Rapid Spin
    - Earthquake
    - Stone Edge

Stealth Rock is quite important, since it weakens the opponent when they switch and makes things a bit easier on Absol. Sandslash is my physical wall of sorts, and I chose him over Nidoking/queen because of his access to Rapid Spin. Earthquake is a given, STAB and a great attack. Stone Edge helps with Bug types and Flying types that are immune to Earthquake.

    Poliwrath @ Leftovers
    Adamant nature
    Water Absorb
    252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Spd
    - Substitute
    - Focus Punch
    - Ice Punch
    - Waterfall

Poliwrath is for my Kabutops/generic swift swimmer weakness. SubPunching is a great strategy, and even better with STAB and an attack stat like his. Water Absorb is helpful as well, as I can heal off Substitute damage with Surfs/Hydro Pumps aimed at Sandslash and Flareon.

    Drapion @ Choice Band
    Impish nature
    Battle Armour
    66 HP / 252 Def / 192 Spd
    - Poison Jab
    - Crunch
    - Ice Fang
    - Earthquake

Since Absol is gonna be, or is already, BL, I swapped him out for CBDrapion (thanks Vance) as it's the best Absol counter in UU (if it does stay in UU). This thing still has 324 Attack without any Attack EVs or an Attack boosting nature. REALLY bulky and is still really powerful. Not much to say, other than thanks for the set Vance. ^_^

    Jynx @ Choice Scarf
    Modest nature
    Forewarn
    4 Def / 252 SpAtk / 252 Spd
    - Ice Beam
    - Psychic
    - Focus Blast
    - Shadow Ball

The special sweeper of the team. Jynx is quite fast and has a nice SpAtk stat, so I figured a Choice Specs Choice Scarf set would be fitting (changed from Specs to Scarf because I can revenge kill better). Amazing coverage here, and I know not to go firing off Psychic willy-nilly. I'm aware of the dangers of Dark types and Pursuit. :P I'm a bit unsure as to whether Timid or Modest would be better.

    Rotom @ Leftovers
    Bold nature
    252 HP / 252 Def / 6 Spd
    - Thunderbolt
    - Shadow Ball
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

Status absorber for the team, as nothing really likes status at all. It adds a great Fighting immunity, which helps for Hitmonlee and Toxicroak. Thanks D_A and Vance for the sets. ^_^

This was made on the spot since I was bored, and wanted to try out my Raichu lead. I'd be really grateful for any suggestions you might have.

Edit: Okay, I just tested this out against an OU team and won 2-0. Raichu was amazingly useful, especially with Encore and Thunderwave. Absol managed to kill a Ludicolo, but Jynx was the real murderess here. She took out 3 of his Pokemon. His team was a rain-themed one, including Kingdra, which was killed by Psychic from Jynx. Jumpluff was a big help also, switching into Swampert's Earthquake and putting Swampy to sleep, and then paralyzing Kingdra, Vaporeon, and Empoleon. <3

Well, as most teams have to be careful of, watch out for Scyther, for you have no real flying resist, or even Bug resist (Flareon gets devastated if it predicts wrong (and even then, lack of defense) but Raichu can scare off Scyther with the threat of Static, but Raichu can get devastated in 2 hits.) Sandslash can get worn down by 3 A.Aces over time, so ensure he stays above 80%.

Lack of a true fighting resist really hurts too. Jumpluff is slain by alternate moves on fighters, and I'm sure a Hitmonlee Close Combat nearly 2HKO's Sandslash, IF it doesn't 2HKO. For Jumpluff, Substitute is a good option over U-Turn to scout their switch and give you two potential chances to sleep/paralyze the foe.

It'll be tough to cope with these problems, but with some slight revision, it's workable. Overall, a pretty good team.

I agree with this, what you could do is scarf your Jynx so you can revenge some threats.

Another thing that jumped at me was "Swellow" and "Rain Dance weak", Kabutops can just come in SD up and Waterfall/Aqua Jet/Stone Edge your whole team, Gorebyss is unstopped too.

To help with this, something like Quagsire or Poliwrath work wonders >> Jumpluff who is kinda...ehh here.

As for the Swellow issue , Sanslash , Stealth Rock and scarf jynx should be able to keep it in check, however just be careful.

I find sucker puch better on absol too than night slash, Since it ohkos scarf hitmonlee who is common, but meh.

True; hopefully I'll be able to get Stealth Rock up fairly early in the match to try and keep it from switching in, or to make it easier to kill.

I would normally have used Substitute on Pluff, but I wanted Leech Seed, and I find U-Turn better to scout with. Still, I might try it out instead.

Thanks for the advice. ^_^ <3

I was considering having Choice Scarf for revenging, but the power of Choice Specs was so attractive. XD If I chose Scarf, would it be better to then use Modest instead of Timid?

To be honest, ScarfJynx does look quite appealing, and she can revenge Swellow right? Focus Blast should, hopefully, be able to deal with Kabutops should she survive Aqua Jet.

To help with this, something like Quagsire or Poliwrath work wonders >> Jumpluff who is kinda...ehh here.

Poliwrath looks quite decent, I might try him out. Would a SubPunching set be good?

I also considered Sucker Punch, and I guess it does make sense with an Adamant nature instead of Jolly. I'll add that in.

A well balanced team. Not so keen on the subpunching poliwrath, I like cacturne for that but I don't want to mess up your types.
Absol has a cool moveset and so does raichu. Cool, cool.

Hehe, thank you. I need a bit of help guys. I've been having problems with Toxic Orb Facade Clefable. I can easily lock it into Facade with Raichu (whose set I'm in love with) and then switch to a Ghost type. The thing is, I don't know what Rotom form would be most effective, which are allowed in UU, and even if Rotom is the best choice for it. Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

No. I don't care what you have to do to the item and moveset, Jynx needs Calm Mind. It's pretty unstoppable in UU once it gets in a single CM. Just think what could happen if you got in two.

How can a Calm Mind Jynx serve as a Revenge Killer? A lot of speedy things outrun the CM set and KO it with its pityful defenses and HP. The purpose of Jynx on my team is to revenge things before they take out my whole team. Not only that, but one Calm Mind hardly makes it unstoppable. Faster physical attackers totally dominate it, whether they hit it for super effective damage or not. :3

I like the team a lot, especially the Raichu set. But I'm concerned at how you handle foe Absol. Sucker Punch OHKO's everything but Poliwrath your Absol, and Sandslash, which Psycho Cut AND Superpower fix. Scyther also hurts this team a bit, but Sandslash could be a relatively 'decent' check.

Lack of a fighting resist means things like Hitmonlee and Toxicroak can all harm this team much too much. Both posses priority, and the latter can boost its Special Attack to very high levels with Nasty Plot. Keep these threats in mind, because they're all very common. You could opt for a Claydol, but that makes the Absol weak more noticable. Rotom + Drapion would work nicely, if you'd like the sets I could post them.

Thank for your your help, Vance, I really appreciate it. I'd been considering Rotom quite a bit, but I didn't know which form would be best or even which ones are UU. Just the normal form amirite? I'd be really grateful if you'd post a set for Rotom and Drapion, and then I can see which would fit in and work better. Muchas gracias. ^_^

The formes will be OU based on usage (almost guaranteed). So use the original.

    Rotom@leftovers
    252 HP / 252 DEF / 6 SP.DEF
    Bold Nature
    - Discharge / Will-o-wisp
    - Shadow Ball
    - Rest
    - Sleep Talk

    anti fighter rotom

Absol will probably be going bl since pretty much none of its counters beat it now it gets super power. You might as well use an offensive set on drapion anyway..

Rotom works best as a Rest-Talker, since this team lacks a status absorber, it could work:

    Rotom @ Leftovers
    Bold
    252 HP/252 Def/6 Spe
    Thunderbolt/Discharge
    Shadow Ball/Will O Wisp
    Rest
    Sleep Talk

This lives Sucker Punch from Hitmonlee, and even Pursuit from Absol (if it stays in, of course)

Drapion is the best Absol counter in UU, and since Absol hurts this team a lot, I reccomend a CB Drapion to not only OHKO Absol after Absol receives the attack drop, but to absorb Toxic Spikes, poison resist, Psychic immunity, etc...

    Drapion @ Choice Band
    Nature: Impish
    Ability: Battle Armor
    252 Def/192 Spe/66 HP
    Crunch
    Poison Jab
    Ice Fang
    Earthquake

192 Speed EVs bring you to 274 speed; Absol even with a Jolly nature only reaches 273. After a Superpower (which does 84.51%-99.66%) With -1 Attack, Drapion's Poison Jab does 147.79%-174.26%)

Of course, Sucker Punch from Absol will beat this strategy 100% of the time, so try and bring Drapion in on him Swords Dancing. Drapion does still have a respectable 324 attack stat after this, and it cannot be OHKO'd by even a Choice Banded Hitmonlee's Close Combat (it takes 69.02%-81.82%) and then OHKO's with Poison Jab.

Thanks for the sets, guys. I'll probably just run the TBolt/SBall/Rest/STalk since I don't really need Discharge Paralysis support as I have Raichu with Thunderwave already. Should Rotom go over Flareon? Choice Band Drapion >> Absol, I'm guessing. Thanks again for the sets, I'll add the changes in.

Btw are the spare 6 EVs better in Spd or SpDef?

Those 6 EVs are meant for speed, but it doesn't matter where you put em. 6 Spe is useful for foe Rotom I guess.
