[Error] V19.1 EBDX shinies and icons for different forms not working

So i made some a new regional form for Mudbray and Mudsdale and while the sprites for the forms worked the shiny sprites didnt show up when i set them to shiny and the new icons i made didn't load either.

May be obvious, but are they in the correct folders?
