Totally new here, so don't even know is this is the right place to post. But found this shining Black rayquaza. It is pretty damaged, but it has a has a missprint on it. The card it from 2017, but it is printed on top of a card from 2016.
The state of the card is Bad, but it must be worth something?

Based on the poor print quality and apparent lack of foil, I'm going to say counterfeit. There are also multiple errors on the partial card, including wrong fonts, spacing, and lack of "Illus." on the illustrator credit. An official misprint simply wouldn't have this many errors.
