We have a lot of ROM Hacking resources here in the forums, and you can find them all at the Emulation & ROM Hacking section. :) You can find all the tutorials, the tools to download, and the resources you need. I'm sure you'll find all the help and the material you need for you hack to be successful. And there's always help available 24/7 whenever you need it! The regulars, as well as the ROM hacking mods are around to answer your questions, just be sure to post them in the appropriate threads. xD
You'll also find Rayquaza fans, and you can also post your Let's Play in the Video Games section, where it has their very own Let's Play section. Check it out!

We have alot of hackers here so there's also alot of hacking materials along with it. Along with a good library of games too. The ROM Hack section is where all of this can be found as my good friend Megan , or Meganium90 , suggested. There are many things that will help you on your hacking journey too such as tutorials and even ways to build a developing team if you ever want to make a hack around here. Alot of members who frequent the section, including the moderators there, DrFuji and giradialkia will can help you too as well. Any of the moderators, not just the one I aforementioned can also help you with any forum-related problems or question so be sure to give any of them a shoutout!
But besides ROM hacking, is there anything else you're interested in? I want to know more about you cause I can be curious sometimes! What got you into Pokemon for example? Anything in particular you like about it? Pokemon covers a wide variety of things such as the games, card game, anime and the many various manga. I particularly mainly enjoy the games and anime to an extent. I'm starting to get into the most popular and known Pokemon manga, Pokemon Adventures/Special. There's boards here for all of those aspects of Pokemon, but there's also boards on many other things too. For example, you can post your lets plays in the Video Games section Megan suggested. There's also sections to submit Art and Writing and one for other types of Entertainment outside of video games and Pokemon. With a bit of browsing you can find a good amount of diversity here!

I played pokemon gold when I was younger and LOVED it and I started rom hacking after trying out pokemon ashgray (thanks metapod23!)

I have so many bad memories of catching Rayquaza haha.. but one time I did catch the thing during the first turn in a Pokeball. That's always cool; might even still have that guy in my Black 2 game since I'm pretty sure I moved him over! The shiny version is really awesome though so I'm definitely in agreement on that. One of my favorite shiny legends. :) Do you like the third generation?
Anyways, as said, you can post your Let's Plays in the Video Games board where we'll more than welcome what you have to show us! It does have a lot of important guidelines to follow so be sure to read the rules when you're there. Once you've got 'em down you'll be good to start posting and perhaps commenting on other members' videos! We've got some pretty talented LPers across the forum. Hacking's very big here as well and you'll find myriads of awesome tools to use during your stay here so be sure to poke around our Emulation board, which the wonderful Meganium and AWsquared linked you to and get exploring! Be sure to try out all the wonderful hacks we have as well since our talented hackers work really hard to make the best possible games for people.

thank you cirno ! I do LOVE the third generation prob my fav trio is kyogre groudon and last but not least RAYQUAZA I do wanna upload videos on here but I messed up recently on some of them so I might have to delete my whole lets play because I recorded them wrong :( but I will definetely try!
