capturing flawless shiny wild pokemon

1.
Open RNG Reporter.
Assemble party (Chatot, Sweet Scent, Synchronizer).
Save in wild area.

2.
Click Time Finder.
Click 5th Gen DS Parameter Setup tab.
Refer to previous section and adjust your parameters as desired.
In this example, I am searching 1 Keypress.

3.
Return to Capture tab.
Enter Year and Month. Enter Min/Max Frame as both 1.
Use dropdown menu to change Method to Method 5 Standard Seed.
Enter Encounter Type as Wild Pokemon. Enter Encounter Slot as Any.

4.
Customize IV ranges to your desire.
Customize Ability, Nature, and Synch Nature as desired.
Ensure that this is off: Synchronize Frames Only

5.
Enter your save files's ID and SID under the Shiny Info.
Enter Max Shiny Frame as 300, which is a reasonable maximum Frame to hit.
Ensure that this is on: Search for Nearby Shiny Frames.

6.
Click Generate. Wait several moments until RNG Reporter completes its search for shiny Target Spreads. Scan table for viable results.
Look at the Nearby Shiny column. If the number is less than 40, do NOT use that spread.
Consider the Encounter Slot. If the Encounter Slot number does not match what Pokemon you desire, do NOT use that that spread.

7.
Once you find a Target Spread with the desired Encounter Slot, note the Date\Time, Timer0, and Keypresses column.
Right click your desired Target Spread. Click Copy Full Seed to Clipboard.

8.
Keeping the Capture tab open/minimized, return to the Main Menu of the RNG Reporter.
From the Method Dropdown Menu, select Method 5 PIDRNG.
Specify Synch Nature if applicable.
Enter Max Results as 300.
