I will try to do the best I can to get everything right. I can do the EV spread, the level 20-80, maybe the moveset but the evolution might be difficult because of how Karrablast evolves and you need a stone for Lampent..

Can you give me 2 copies Karrablast and Litwick please? 1 for me to keep and 1 to train for you. I'll pick up everything tomorrow.
