No, you're not wrong, at least, not yet. In Heart Gold/Soul Silver, Vileplume learns Teeter Dance, making him 80% moar effective. And seeing as how is was already uber, this sends his usage skyrocketing well above that of any other OU/Uber.

I like how it makes him 80% more effective, specifically.

Your Captain Falcon is Brawl weak. Use Melee in conjunction with Captain Falcon to counter your Brawl weak.

It's been a while since I've seen a team from you sims. You still have your love of the Plume, but now onto the team...which I don't have to say much really. All above me have said what's needed to be said. Mixape does thrash you a new one for sure, seeing that all of your team just flails and dies from it. It's the only Pokemon as of now that I urge you to fix your team against. Aqua Jet Luvdisc also tears this team a new one in the rain.
