Honestly I think Mega Manectric is pretty redundant on this team. You mentioned Mega Venusaur being a problem, and it really does annoy this team. I know the team is centered around M Manectric but as you said, it has the same coverage with Genesect, and I think Genesect is much more valuable to the team as the team's fast pokemon/revenge killer. I think this team needs a bit more 'offense' so that it can beat bulkier teams, as Chansey and Quagsire look annoying too. I think a strong offensive fire type could be useful although most of them are 4x sr weak and kill you rmomentum. Really I don't think Volt Turn works all that well in BW OU when the team is dedicated to it.
I think it might be better to focus on a core with a volt switcher and a uturner and just support them with SR and jam pack a lot of offense into the team. I think DD Mega Zard X might be sort of cool though over Manec if youre focused just on changing this team although maybe change to CB Azumarill to beat down Quagsires and Gastrodons, as well as threaten stalls in general so that they are forced to bring in a grass type vs it allowing Zard to set up. Probably hard to RK for offense since everyone runs Scarf Gene as their RKer these days.
Remember that Unaware Quagsire ignores Azumarill's Belly Drum boost, so Choice Band allows Azumarill to hit it hard right off the bat. Unaware makes the user ignore boosts from setup moves, not boosts granted by items.I understand what you're saying (partly because I said most of it myself), however Manectric isn't necessarily redundant. If anything, outside of hitting Dragons harder M-Mane does everything Genesect does, but better.
Also, I don't really see how CB Azu handles Quagsire / Gastrodon any better than BD Azu does :/
At the moment, I have these issues:
[*]Mega Venusaur
[*]Gastrodon / Quagsire
[*]Tyranitar (to an extent)
[*]Bulky dragons (see: Goodra)
[*]Mega Luke / Conkeldurr
I'm considering a combination of the following:
CB Staraptor > Rotom-W, Scarf Gardevoir > Genesect.
or
Bulky Arcanine > Rotom-W, M-Pinsir > M-Mane, Zapdos > Azumarill.
I'm going to experiment with both, see where it gets me.
Edit: These changes still leave me with no definitive means of working past bulky fairies such as Gardevoir / Togekiss / Florges / Sylveon. Perhaps another Steel/Poison could go > Arcanine in the 2nd revision.

Couldnt you use Hurricane Noivern with U-Turn> something? Checks Conk and Megasaur nicely. Also Talonflame might be very useful here, priory Brave Birds and the option of using U-Turns is awesome, also beats MegaLuke well. It also covers your ridiculous sun weakness because as of now Chlorophyll sweepers ruin your entire team.
Noivern sounds nice. Plus it can fire off Draco Meteors and run for the hills. I had Staraptor instead of Talonflame for the Intimidate factor + CC for T-Tar.
Dont worry about Fairies, Scizor poops on them all basically bar Mawile.
Gotcha.
Meinshao is an option for beating Tar and it checks its "ok" lol, also gets U-Turn and can Scarf, Band etc. Regenerator is also awesome for lasting a long ass time.
Over what though? I considered Mienshao, but its coverage is lacking outside of STAB.
Seconding CB Azumarril. CB Aqua Jet helps with MegaLuke etc which should be enough to beat it if you use Talonflame also.
I'll do the rounds with it then. I really can't stress more how amazing BD Azu has been on this team thus far though.
Also i really prefer CB Genesect in this metagame with U-Turn/Iron Head/Explosion or Flamethrower/Extremespeed but ok, junk is powerful as hell.
Yeah, I made the switch last night. Still trying to figure out how I want it to fit exactly. Its coverage works far better on the special side, and download 9/10 improves SpA. Not to mention Ice Beam is my Dragon / Bulky-ground stopgap.
Also id give Landy more attack and speed imo, that defensive set has always been garbage for me. :/
Yeah I don't like the EV's either, but I'm not sure what else I want to run. Ideas?

BD Beats Gastrodon but CB puts a ton of pressure on bulky teams, Play Rough will 2hko Quagsire [which is huge since you can't set up on it, and your main sweepers will need help to break through it if its on the opposing team] and 2hko both Gastrodon variants, doing a lot to the specially defensive one.
I'm honestly liking the Pinsir idea. I think you would really appreciate a Poke that is just strong as all hell to do work on the opponent's team after the volt turning has weakened it.
I'd rather use Earthquake over Close Combat on Pinsir because Pinsir is currently walled by Aegislash, which is rather prominent.
I'm not too knowledgeable on the different forms of Rotom and their advantages and disadvantages, but would a Heat Rotom be a good counter against Mega Venusaur?
