Had this at another forum before. It isn't doing to good...I'm trying my luck here now.
Warning: This RP contains lots of violence and gore. Not recommended for children.
War Over Hoenn: Beginnings
In the glint of sunlight overshadowing the continent of Hoenn, the land seemed to be in a state of piece, with the only chance of destruction being the small battle trails left by Pokémon and trainers, as they either fell or won victory in battle. And even then, nothing was left to be shattered by mayhem. It was one of those days that you thanked the heavens and wished to have the children blessed by the gods. Not that anyone really believed in them. Still, there was tranquility there. That is why no one expected to have lives lost that day. No one expected to get separated from their loved ones. What was expected was the ordinary. But that day, as the sun glowed down on all, and shimmered down past the mountains, the word "ordinary" was crumbled and torn apart to pieces. Because the beginning of a war was at hand, and two paths will be given. What you choose is your destiny, your fate. Be careful along your travels. A new Aurora is rising.

1. You may have two characters if you wish, but in the end of this RP, only one will remain standing.
2. If you choose to have a secondary character, the two may follow the same path, or go on different paths.
3. If your family is brought along with your character, they will not be as main as your lead character.
4. You are not a god, don't act like one.
5. By the end of this RP, your last character may die if you wish it.
6. This isn't the Anime universe. No Ash.

Name: (Your last, too)
Age: (No limit)
Gender: (Male/Female)
Pokémon: (1 to 6) (If you wish, you may start out with none)
Path: (Refugee camp/Runaway) (Read below. Either way, terror will be with you on your path)
Reason Behind Path Chosen: (Read below) (Optional)
Appearance: (Optional) (When you are trying to stay alive, appearances are the least of your troubles unless it is that of the enemy)
History: (Optional) (Use this more as of a reason of why you are at the Safari Zone, but more history is welcomed if you wish)
There is no personality here. When you meet someone in this time of scenario crisis, they will be stricken with fear, or hiding it. It will take awhile before the personality returns to normal. That does not mean I want the same personality for everyone, it means you'll show it as we go along. Not from the very beginning.

In the Hoenn region, the Safari Zone has gotten huge amounts of Pokémon from all around the globe. As a celebration, and excuse to make money, the Safari Zone has made an event there at which whoever catches the most Pokémon (that are a variety in type), will be given a rare Pokémon that has recently been discovered. There are very few of its kind, and scientists are currently trying to help higher the population in them before they are extinct. But one lucky trainer gets to have that Pokémon, and the Pokémon that he/she caught.
This is where you are. The Safari Zone by Lilycove, either a spectator watching the hunt or an actual hunter. Everything is fine, and it has only been two minutes since the hunt has begun. But then, a machine nine feet tall and larger in width drills itself out of the ground, and starts killing many. More machines rise from the ground, and transport trucks arrive letting loose rabid Pokémon to finish the job off. You barely escape the Safari Zone, shocked to insanity or trying to keep cool, blood drenched or hardly any on you. Then you see more trucks arriving in front of you. These with Rocket, Magma, and Aqua grunts jumping out and lending evil hands to you, telling you that they, of all people, have banded together and are giving you a chance to live at their refugee camps. And you had to choose either to run or follow them. But you have to hurry on your plan; the machines and Pokémon are around the corner and ready to rip you to shreds if you don't think fast enough.

And lastly, my characters.
Name: Ned Rivor
Age: 19
Gender: Male
Pokémon: None
Path: Refugee camp
Reason Behind Path Chosen: As he escaped the Safari Zone with his sister, his sister wanted to be protected in a way that Ned could not grant. If he was to save his sister, he needed to have people watching his back. He had the criminals do the backup, in order to survive with his sister, but in the end, they were split up into different trucks and taken off to "safety."
Appearance: Ned has brown hair, just a bit more to the right side. He has tan skin, green eyes and a nose with a small scratch on it due to a wild Zigzagoon encounter which his sister found really funny when she saw it happen. He isn't very well built and muscular, the only time you could see his muscles is when he shows them off. Because of that, people see him as scrawny. He has a white long sleeved shirt with a brown vest and black pants to go along with it. To top it all off, he has black running shoes.
History: Ned actually lived in Foretree City and enjoyed life. He never really cared for Pokémon training; he didn't really even like it. Still his younger sister was a trainer and had come home from her journey for awhile, only to find out about the event at the Safari Zone and have Ned accompany her instead of traveling alone. It was their family's choice, and Ned didn't say anything against it and went along with his sister, Heather Rivor.
Name: Jason Baker
Age: 21
Gender: Male
Pokémon: Mightyena
Path: Runaway
Reason Behind Path Chosen: Jason was separated from his friends, and some of them died before his very own eyes. However, he didn't see all of them dead. And hopefully, they aren't. that's why he chose to find them. And it could get very dangerous for him.
Appearance: Jason has longer hair than any other trainer. It's black and reaches up to his shoulders, always slightly getting in the way of his face making him have to move it aside. He has round cheeks and brown eyes, and to match his hair, he has a black leather jacket with underneath, a dark blue tee shirt. He has dark blue pants and black shoes.
History: He was a trainer for most of his youth, but settled down and quit. He still has his first caught Pokémon and takes him with him almost all the time. When the Safari Zone event was announced, he and some of his friends decided to join in for the fun of it, and remember what it was like when they were younger. He didn't call on the plan; his friends called him and asked him to come. Since he had nothing better to do, he decided to go with it. They were his friends, after all.

Anyone may join. After we pass the Safari Zone, you may still join, but you will not start at the Safari Zone. If you pick Refugee Camp, you will just arrive in trucks to the Refugee base. If you pick Runaway, well, you're a runaway, chances are you'll meet up with the rest of the runaways. Also, the history won't be of any use anymore, but you can still use it in your Sign up.
