Was Whitney hard to beat for you?

Third Johto gym leader Whitney is known for being difficult to beat, especially in GSC, due to her Miltank's bulk + Rollout + Milk Drink.

Did you guys find her difficult, or were you one of the people who never had much trouble with her? Maybe her HGSS team + moveset gave you more problems, but GSC didn't?

No, I almost always catch Heracross in HGSS or put it to sleep W/Drowzee/ spam Phanpy mud slaps in crystal. Never had a huge problem with her. I know I'm in the minority on this, but I don't think I've ever lost to Whitney. It was close in my recent crystal playthrough but got a clutch rollout miss at the end

Tbh I found milktank rather easy, I generally just curse it witha gastly then use geo dudes as shilds

The very first time I battled her in Crystal was Hellish... I blacked out around 10 times before I managed to beat her, I was a kid, and it was my first time playing Pokemon, so my team wasn't the best and I was learning all the mechanics of the game.

Nowadays I consider it one of the easiest battles of the game, Chuck is more troublesome with that Poliwrath that never misses Dynamic Punch.
