Touhou is for pedophilic lolicons with armpit fetishes who have nothing better to do with their lives then devote years to just dodging complex patterns of circles. The freaking game is about shooting the clothes off of those girls.

We're not. I'm just here to spread the great news about Touhou.
Oh right! The fanmade remixes of the game. It's just a poor excuse of mixing and singing to automatically get big bucks since everyone will buy the stuff for some reason anyway. Thus leaving the real independents, who put effort into their original, new music, unnoticed in the doujinshi festivals.
Same thing with the fanmade comics and games.
The flashes are just a marketing ploy to appeal to the fanbase to get people to buy and stuff.
The music is composed by some drunk with just a synth of some kind. It's not even all that quality sounding compared to what you see in the mainstream market.
The characters also get like, what, a few lines of dialogue and a brief introduction in the readme.txt? Keep in mind that these are also made by the same drunk and he can't draw anatomy correctly. He just adds silly frills and hats everywhere just like a Rozen Maiden character.
