Story so far: Akio is a regular boy born in the Rukongai district with an irregular past his mother was killed by soul reapers when he was just five for reasons unknown to him shortly after his father left him alone and for this he grew to despise the shinigami despite becoming one of the top students at the shingami Acadamy.
he grew up with another boy from the rukongai district named mamoru Tadashi his parents were happy enough to take him into the family as long as he did his fair share of house duties.
growing up the two vowed to take revenge on the soul reapers who killed Akio's mother and joined the shinigami acadamy
where the two honed their skills.
after completing the acadamy a year earlier than mamuri, Akio was seated in the thirteenth division as 4th seat... TBC

DESCRIPTION:Akio wears the standard blue male shinigami acadamy outfit he has medium lengh blonde hair tied up at the back and comes down the middle of his forehead and around his left eye, he always looks zoned out although he has a very focused mind he also has a scar underneath the left side of his jaW and has pale blue eyes.
he is a loyal friend that will defend you to the end he has a short temper but is relaxing in nature and loves his peace and quiet.
he is quite the hard worker and only aspires to be the strongest shingami and find the soul reapers who murdered his mother.

Zanpakuto: RAIDEN: is a normal looking Katana with a white hilt and an octagon shaped gaurd and purple sheath it's size is around 145cm blade 160cm with hilt.

Release command: conduct and shock Raiden

Shikai: Raiden is shorter by 12cm and wider by 4cm it's hilt is now Grey the gaurd is perfectly round
it also has twoprongs either side of the blade.
shikai ability: the two prongs either side can be fired at long range to deal damage once attached to an opponent the they act as conductors that make attacks twice as powerful

Way of destruction #1. Thrust/shō (Cost: 50 Damage: Delays the opponent's speed by 1.25 cost). Pushes the target away from the caster.

Way of destruction #2. Spark (Cost: 30 Damage: 20 Speed: 50). The shinigami creates a charge on his/her hand which can briefly electrocute the enemy. This attack only works at close range. Much weaker versions can cause electrical equipment in the human realm to malfunction which can scare mortals.

Circle Strike (Cost: 50 Damage: 70 Speed: 50). The shinigami leaps into the air over the target. He/she swings their sword down causing the body to rotate toward the target. The first rotation is to build energy. On the second rotation, the shinigami extends their sword and strikes the target. The strike combines gravitational energy, centrifugal energy, reiatsu energy and physical strength. (Note: to augment this attacks damage, 1/2 the points must come from strength, and 1/2 from Reiryaku. Speed must be augmented in the same way)

Reverse Circle Strike (Cost: 50 Damage: 50 Speed: 70). This attack is identical to the Circle Strike, except the attacker rotates away from the target. The rotation is started much later in the jump with more force. The result is greater speed, but because the final strike is an upward cut working against gravity, the damage is reduced. (Note: to augment this attacks damage, 1/2 the points must come from strength, and 1/2 from Reiryaku. Speed must be augmented in the same way)

Shunpo (lvl 3)
- Allows speed boosting cost to be: 60% more efficient.

Zanjutsu (lvl 4)
- Increases the users efficiency while using a zanpakuto:
40% strength or defense boost, 20% discount on buying zanpakuto abilities
