wats the best dragon type

I think they are:

1 - Garchomp, because has one of the highest attack stat (in serebii.net says that is the third or fourth)

2 - Salamence, because it is a Flying-type too

3 - Rayquaza, for me isn't the first because hasn't so high attack stat, has high speed only...

4 - Dragonite, is the only one that can learn Thunder-type attacks

5 - Kingdra, because has only one weakness (Dragon)

That one was completely wrong and its the opposite of what you said

My fav would be Charizard, Kingdra, Dragonite and Palkia. The strongest would probably be Dialga/Palkia.

But still, just because they are based off dragons, but aren't labeled as a Dragon type, than it's not a Dragon type. It's simple, really. And I fail to see just how my comment was unnecessary, because than your comment on my opinion also counts as unnecessary, as well. Since now defending your opinion is unnecessary. Hypocrisy.

Back on topic, before this gets nasty.

I also like Flygon. Antlions are cool looking bugs and it's a stylish green colored Antlion, too! Altaria is the first girly Dragon Pokemon and gets an honorable mention.

Its all ok, I was expressing an opinion, you were expressing yours. Thats fine :). I just didn't appreciate the comment you made about my logic thats all. Sorry but I take things like that a lil too personal I know, but I'm not used to it on forums.

Gyarados would be so much better defended as a Water/Dragon. They probably made it Water/Flying, though the closest thing to wings it has are those little flaps on its cheeks, to compensate for its powerful stats and movepool.

well i see Gyarados as a dragon even if is Water/Flying because it can learn some dragon moves and its on the dragon group for breeding and why is Gyarados a Water/Flying type if it cant even learn Fly or Aerial ace? it should of been a Water/Dragon

By your logic, Sceptile is a Dragon because it learns Dragonbreath, and Pidgeot for learning Twister. :P

yea sure why not :P anyway it would be nice to have more dragons

zomg, Arcanine is Dragon Type cuz it can learn DRAGON PULSE.

Never. Ever. Compare irl logic or any other logic to pokemon logic.

I guess slowbro is a fire type because he can use flamethrower. I think dragons should be limitted to pokemon with the dragon type or in the dragon egg group.

You kids and your "logic."
Charizard and Gyarados "look" like dragons, sure....but they are NOT dragon type pokemon.

My favorite dragon type to use in battle is Salamence. He's just godly if trained right.

Uh, I hope the "kids" comment wasn't meant to be an insult. And why the hech WOULDN'T dragonite be a dragon? He is a dragon. You know, DRAGONite, it's kinda tough to miss. If dragonite wasn't a dragon (or his pre-evos) there would be no dragons AT ALL in R/B/Y. Common sense, people.

Okay, just checking. The ironic thing is charizard is more dragon-like than all the dragon types...

I think it's funny that Charizard and Gyarados are both commonly thought to be dragon pokemon, yet there other type is flying for both of them, heh.

Yeah, Lance of the E4 uses allflying types in Gold version, not dragons.

Dragonite, Salamence, and Garrrrrchompchompchomp!

Garchomp. High attack and speed stats, large move pool, makes it the best one
