I don't know why the hell I'm saying this, as people's lack of initiative to see what changes this has on them astounds me... but here's a list of affiliates which will hold CW when it launches in September. Currently it makes up 48% of the US, but eventually, both CBS and Time Warner hope to get affiliates to reach 98%

As for programming, take everything said with a pinch of salt. Nothing will be definite until both networks announce which shows will be staying on in March time, along with NBC, ABC, CBS and FOX. However, the following shows have definitely been saved:
America's Next Top Model
Beauty and the Geek
Everybody Hates Chris
Gilmore Girls
Reba
Smallville
Supernatural
Veronica Mars
WWE SmackDown!
For the kids network, that will remain a 5-hour animation block. It is likely that Turner Broadcasting and Time Warner will continue to produce shows for the block, although certain DIC shows may permeate from CBS' new Saturday morning block. It all depends on ratings, although children these days will watch anything!
Logo wise, eat your hearts out. Nothing special, but it's simple and minimalist... and that's what seems to be "hip" for the twenty-first century:

And like a ray of light, I depart again. Adieu!
