3rd Gen Weavile?

I Googled Weavile and tried to look at the stats, to see if its a Pokemon I want in Diamond. It came up with:

I clicked it, looked at the address, and it said pokedex-rs

Is it true that Weavile is in the 3rd Gen?

(Probably not, but hey, I wanna know.)
