[Other] Weird Glitch

It looks like there's an OW on that map that has their movement value set to 'Face Down'. This movement is glitched and will result in that weirdness you're experiencing whenever you reload the map (exiting menus/ battles/ the bag are the most common ways of setting it off). To fix it, change all of the OWs that have the face down movement and change them to 'No Movement' as it actually works properly. Here's a post by Spherical Ice that goes over movement values and how you can edit Advance Map's .ini file to ensure this doesn't happen again in the future.
 
Well that fixed the sprite stuff

But there's some weird camera stuff that happens,

After the script ends the game gets glitched up, and after entering and exiting a menu the camera is off centered from the character, entering then exiting the building seems to fix this.

How can I fix it, if I can at all?
