    Any thoughts? With the increased Special Defense from Sandstream, an already large HP, and fairly good defense and Special Attack, I thought this looked ok. I wonder how it would fair though?

    I use a mix T-tar, it works a LOT better then most think. its a great poekmon, u should give it a try.

    most people wont expect it, it will rlly catch ppl when they find out u have ice beam.
     
    what does stab mean ? sorry for my noobish questiob lol.

    His speed is decently low so i would put Avalanche on him instead of icebeam
     
    STAB=Same Type Attack Bonus.

    He's too fast for Avalance, & Ice Beam makes it weird, I suppose.

    This certainly is a weird set. Although I don't see a point in Torment.
     
    Judging from what alot of people use in Pokemon i think hes fine for avalanche thats just me tho, 60 base speed isnt very fast. He's impish so i dunno ice beam i dont think would be doing as much as Avalanche even if it goes first. Either that or Ice Fang i soppose
     
    Whoops, thinking of Mamoswine. Still, I think he wants Ice Beam despite Avalance's power.

    interesting set mullac. i get why you gave it torment -- so when they bring in a fighting type to take care of ttar, you can prevent them for using close combat/brick break etc for the next turn, and if they have a choice item, they use struggle. interesting.

    ice beam + earthquake does have decent coverage, but i'd at least try to give him one stab move.

    Dark + Fire covers everything except Heatran and a couple others. i'd rather go with Crunch + Flamethrower.

    either way, this set could be pulled off. you should definitely give it more special attack (get rid of the special def evs and put them into sp atk). i like it.
     
    Thankyou kindly Samson. I will change the set slightly, because I can see where you are coming from. I was thinking stone edge over earthquake before, but the lower accuracy didn't look nice. Ok, so more like this then?

    That does help with Skarmory, and crunch gives much needed STAB, although I wonder the number of Psychic types staying in? On second thought, this could help well with Focus Blast Gengar and the sorts, if I come across one. Thankyou. :)
