    If you could start your own village/town/city, what would it be called, how big would it be, and where would you make it?
     
    If I made a city, it would be enormous. I always loved the idea of New York or London or one of those massive cities where everything is happening all the time, like a beautiful man-made labyrinth that you could lose yourself in. I'd make it in America or England, because I love the accents in both of those places and I would love to surround myself with them.

    The only thing is that if I made a city like that I'd want to live in it rather than run it, because I think running it would take a great deal of the fun out of it. So I'd create it and then stand back and let somebody else take over the reigns - someone I trusted though, someone who wouldn't screw up the vision I had when I was creating it.

    As for a name... I couldn't really pick something too obscure since my vision is basically "New York but cleaner and prettier" and having a wacky name like "Andytopia" would severely cheapen it. I think I'd go for something mainstream-sounding, that would attract people to the area. I'd go with the pattern of picking the name of a place in England and slapping the word "New" on the beginning. So perhaps something like "New London" or "New Croydon" or "New Leeds" or "New Westminster"... you get where I'm going with this.
     
    If SimCity is any indication, I would name it Cherrimville, start it near a river with lots of trees, build way too many roads, and then get bored in a few hours and unleash waves of natural disasters upon it.

    ...I do not think I would be a very good mayor, but at least I'd get a statue.
     
    I am so bad at this.

    I named my town in Animal Crossing "Crossing". For some reason I named Animal Crossing's island "Island". I tried to keep it simple. I didn't know that all references to would add "Island" after it. So, it ended up being "Island Island".

    In SimCity, I keep naming my cities SimCity XD

    So, yeah I'm bad at this.
     
    I'd give my city some generic "upscale subdivision" name like Maplewood Heights. It would probably be somewhere between 500,000 and a million in population (if you've ever been to Charlotte, NC that would be a good reference). I'd locate it somewhere on the South Carolina coast and turn it into a resort city... kinda like a mega-sized Myrtle Beach.

    That way I could run it by day and partake in its recreational offerings by night. And it would be large enough to have some good recreational offerings without being too big to manage.
     
    My city would be gigantic, like New York City. It'd be in the United States, somewhere with a cool climate, like somewhere near Seattle.

    I haven't the slightest idea what I'd name it. I'm bad with that kind of thing. xD I'd probably steal the name of some town in Russia and stick the word 'new' in front of it. That's what I do on the Sims when I need to name my neighborhood, lol. I think New Yekaterinburg has a nice ring to it.

    Ideally it'd be one of those cities that's full of businessmen, and it would also have an excellent shopping district. Not really the place for partying, and not really a great tourist destination. Just the way I like it.
     
    I'd call it Sin City and place it underground and rule it with an iron fist using my Gestapo-esque police force to squeeze the life out of every citizen unfortunate enough to find themselves there.
     
    I would never be able to rule a city lol. So I would not create any city.

    But if I did, it would be enormous and I would rule it like a tyrant. Force everybody to do what I order them to do!
     
    I would probably make a town in the Azores somewhere... and I would call it l'air et l'eau.
     
    My city would be called Sarykaville and I would be its ruler because I'm so full of myself. It would be a large metropolitan-type city with a top-notch public transportation system and buildings designed by the best architects around, making it a popular tourist destination. Oh, and there would be a beach since tourists love beaches and stuff. I would rule with an iron fist to keep everything in order and have a small team of deputies who would enforce my word to the population. And the people will like it. They have no choice.

    Sounds like a dream place, no? :D
     
    First of all, I would make it in the middle of land, never near ocean, seas, or lakes...maybe a river. What would I name it? Why, it would be Dizi.....Super Dizilandia. Actually, I'm not so sure for the name, since I come up with the strangest names...probably Denxyr. I would make it big enough to be called a Metropolis, but not too big...then again, I would never leave it small.
