Question: Welcome Message Suggestions

I was simply wondering who I'd talk to, or where I'd post to give new ideas about welcome messages? I love it, and want to give new ones, if at all possible. ;P

Most of them were Memes from what I remember seeing. You can always PM one or all of the Admins as they are the ones with access to all the shiny buttons on the site.

Where can I find a list of all the current welcome messages? I'd love to see all of them.
