What about when someone's having a birthday?

It could display "Happy xx Birthday username!" Or just "Happy Birthday username!"

I just took some of the most memorable lines I know from shows and turned them into welcomes messages^^
I don't know if some of those that I mentioned are already in the system tho, I don't remember exactly every single welcome message that we got xD

I doubt some of you will get the reference, and I don't know how many of you would actually care. But I think it'd be funny.
