Golf is a bit of a boring sport (most boring sport I've witnessed), but I also don't like sports where it's just purely fighting, such as MMA and boxing. I can certainly understand and follow those sports, but they're just not my type.

My all-time favorite sport has been basketball for years, but I still find most sports enjoyable to watch/play, particularly baseball (I like watching for the tactical aspects in addition to the action), American football (the tactics of this sport are also intriguing), soccer (the finesse and tactics of this sport), hockey (the finesse, strategy, and flow of this sport), and lacrosse (this sport has finesse and flow).

There's tactics and such in MMA too (not that you were implying otherwise). Some of the really good fights you can see how the fighters try to feint and bait out / lure their opponents to go in for the KO and stuff like that. Maybe it's cause I do karate myself but I really get pumped up watching other people fight. For me, fighting makes me feel alive. Really alive.

You should check out Warrior, Drakow. It's an MMA movie that's supposed to be quite good, in a sorta Rocky-esque way. Haven't seen it myself, but fans of MMA seem to have responded positively to it.

i've loved every boxing episode (?) i've watched, if that counts! i've never had a chance to watch MMA. i don't really watch much tv, period ):

i think if boxing and MMA came on regular tv i'd get into it.

I'm not much of a fan of movies these days. Perhaps it's because when I'm watching a movie, most of the time, I can't do anything else.

On another topic, well, I have tons of tabs for PC open now. Hmm...

History/Social Studies/Other Humanities classes are obviously the best subjects there are. ;)

Yeah, I hear they're great for employment. Getting a history degree is absolutely in no way a surefire way to waste four years, tens of thousands of dollars in tuition, and ruin the rest of your life.
