Werid things that have happened to your pokemon games.

I've made many mistakes where i left my SP in my pocket as it went through the wash. Amazingly my SP still works today
 
I got my first Gameboy-anything in a ditch, in the mud, after the rain. The kid next door moved out about a week before and left his Game Boy advanced there. Strangest part was, it was pink, transparent and had silver sparkles.. It still works to this day~

BUT that doesn't count because it's not the game itself.

The strangest thing to happen on a legitimate game(Not a ROM) was a glitch where somehow using fly and restarting my game at an unusual time, I locked myself in the tomb with the braille where you get one of the regi's. When I restarted to get back out, now it's impossible for me to get my regi's. I'd have to trade or hack for them but I'm not willing to do that since I've gotten that far on the game already. o___o'

The most ANNOYING thing to happen to my game is when it gets lost every week or two and the four hour hunt for it begins. I swear, someone's 'borrowing(stealing)' it when I'm not looking.

in 5th grade my class went on a field trip to a play (i think it was called little shop of horrors with a killer Plant) i started playing my Colbalt Sp in the theater & a teacher not my teacher named ms hill took it away while Ruby version was in it & after school i went to get it & she said she said she lost it i was so pissed i fliped her off & left screaming liar Man i was pissed
 
The weirdest thing? Hmmm...

It must have been on Pokémon Crystal when I turned it on and had a level 60 Mew right there, I still have no idea how it got there. I know what the glitch is now but I had never heard of it before then so I couldn't have just forgot I had done it to get Mew...

Very strange! I still remember the moves it had when I got it:

Psychic
Cut
Ice Punch
Recover
 
Here's another i let my sister play my sapphire while i watched & She ran into a gold Silcoon i super excited & when she threw a pokeball it froze making a loud pitching noise i was so sad i wanted to cry i've never seen a wild shiny pokemon
 
My sister threw my Sapphire version at a brick wall because my cousin was making fun of her, so she grabbed the first thing she saw and threw it at him. I wished he wouldn't dodge it but he did.

Needless to say my Sapphire didn't work anymore so I had to get another one.
 
The weirdest thing that happened to me was when I was playing Ruby or Sapphire, and I was in a Pokemon Center with that guy who was writing a song. I helped him out, and when he started singing, my cats all perked up their ears and looked at my game like it was possessed. I used to make sure I got him to sing whenever a cat was with me, and they'd always get freaked out. I guess they don't like the pitch or something...? Either way, it was sorta funny.
 
Recently, in my Pokémon Platinum, I was in the Battle Arcade, and when the status inflicted on my whole party was paralysis, EVERY SINGLE TURN, my Pokémon can't move due to paralysis, until I lost.

I never went to Battle Arcade eversince.
 
I played my pokemon silver so much that the graphics got all inverted and impossible to make out
 
Something straaange happened to me about ten minutes ago! I saved and shut off Emerald. Then I turned it back on and ALL my pokemon in my team were infected with poison. and NO somebody else didn't do it because my GBA was right next to me. I went to Nurse Joy and she healed me and the status conditions went away. I hope they don't come back though.

That is an amazing story! Is it really true?
 
My sister (when she was 3) took my pokemon yellow and poured bubble formula into it. I dont know why, haha. It wont save and sometimes when you talk to certain people the colors become inverted.
 
My parents' car got robbed right out of the garage, and my GBASP got stolen along with all the games I had in the same bag, including my Silver, Sapphire, and Ruby versions. I lost my only ever lvl. 100s, a Dugtrio and a Zapdos :( At least I still had my classic Yellow, which was in my old GBA by chance.
 
A friend and I, he had Blue and I had Red, sat down one morning about 10 years ago and beat all 8 Gyms and the E4 in one solid day of playing.
Pokemon has given me many great memories!
 
Nothing has ever happened to my games, but I had a friend who went on a water ride with her GBA and her Ruby version in her not waterproof handbag. Her phone, CD player and wallet all got totally wiped out, I thought her mum would go mental!

And what about the GBA and Ruby?
 
When I play my Pokemon Crystal game I have to be careful because if I move wrong or hit the game cartridge the game restarts. My game is for what ever reason a little lose in my GBA SP.
